Room was great. Quite a distance from the lift which it would be useful to know in advance.
Bar was a bit disappointing as the emile staff are not well trained in the limited mocktails and that was what we were looking forward to on the last night of our holiday. The desserts were also underwhelming and the chocolate mousse came with biscuit which isn’t gluten free making a choice which is usually safe to eat a risk.
There is no kettle in the room which is odd. There was no one to request one from at reception.
Gluten free bread at breakfast took ages to come.

Conveniently located across from the HbF, good restaurants and staff were very helpful and obliging. Breakfast was good.

This hotel was beautiful with its old gradeur .that's not to say its shabby it's not, it's just stunningly original. With chandeliers from 1910s etc. Staff were very friendly. . Great location near central station. .I really loved the hotel.
Couldn't fault it except for weird bright blue dolls hair type stuff appearing on my hair dryer brush one day. Most peculiar.

The room was nice and quiet. The hotel was also easily accesable near the station. Facilities were clean and modern and the bed was comfy.
The staff was okay, wasnt the friendliest however I'm guessing that they were busy and stressed too. Check in was slow, there was a long line of people at 5pm. I was charged for something extra which I have no clue what could be since they never really answered my messages.
