Location and room were excellent.
We arrived to the hotel early in the morning around 10am after an early morning flight. We knew the check-in time is 3pm and we were fine with it, expecting the staff could show some flexibility to expedite the preparation of the room. This didn't happen. We checked-in a few minutes past 3pm, the staff was confused because she wasn't informed by her colleague who initially had this. I believe the hotel would do a much greater job if they could accommodate such requests.

Everything!
The only downside, but it’s a minor issue, is the fact that there are no USB wall plugs unfortunately

Staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful - both in the hotel and the restaurant. The rooms were spacious with lots of pillows that weren't too hard and nice big beds. The showers were great, but might be a bit revealing for people who don't know each other well. 5 minutes walk from the main station and the in hotel restaurant was quite good and reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again.
There were little flies in the restaurant that annoyed me, but it's been warm and wet so I'm not sure if they could do anything about it.
