The area is very safe and HafenCity is very close with all the stores. It's also a walking distance from Hamburg Hbf, but I wouldn't recommend to take a walk at night because it's not safe near the central station. The room was very fresh and clean, and the bathroom as well. Breakfast has a good variety and warm meals like omelette, rösti, sausages, pancakes, etc.

It was very clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Situated near an u Bahn with the central station only 3 stops away.
There was no safe or fridge in the room. I also didn’t like that the room is cleaned only every other day.
