The location was great for me as my place of business is just a few minutes walk. The facility itself was really quite good although I was on the first floor and people were constantly walking past the window. I would suggest having some sheers hanging in addition to the blackout curtains. Although I had no problems at all checking in, other guests did and I ended up supporting them, as they were basically standing right outside my window. Maybe make the check-in instructions clearer.
Everything was really good. I would, however, recommend having a nightstand lamp as it was pretty dark in the corner by the bed and I would recommend adding sheer curtains on the ground floor windows, as people were walking by on the sidewalk right next to the room.

Overall very good. Very clean rooms and building. Very good laundry facilities. Spacious room and bathroom. The whole place felt very nice to be in.
Lighting in the room was poor/average - 2 harsh spotlights in the ceiling that were difficult to reach and manoeuvre.

Location was excellent- close to station, shops, restaurants, bars and the lake. Everything was easy. A very well run business. The apartment had everything I needed. It was spacious, well maintained and communication was outstanding.
