Loved the hotel staff and the room itself. Comfy bed, big room and all the facilities one needs for a great stay.

I only stayed for one night, and the room was clean and spacious. It is well connected to public transport and convenient to reach from the airport.
It is a bit expensive, which is, however, typical for Hamburg. For a smoother check in procedure, I think it would be better to send less e-mails, which for non-native German speakers are a bit difficult to go through. Since they have a 24-hour reception, it seems unnecessary.

Flexible on 1 hour later check out
They were doing construction work in the room next door starting at 07.00 in the morning. My son had to study in the room and that was impossible because of the banging.
