I was located in the new part of the building, therefore not sure how the other part is. But my room was very clean and well equipped. The reception personnel are fantastic and very friendly. The location was also quite OK as the bus station was just at the corner.

It's located in a lovely, quiet area, very well connected to the city centre either by bus or subway. There's also a big, beautiful park near if you don't mind taking a walk. Excellent attention at the reception desk. Nothing to complain about. We spent a good, comfortable night!

the breakfast buffet was quite good, the room was not too small, the bed was comfortable & the whole property was quite clean & well maintained. although the internet connection was quite unstable, the front desk staff was attentive, noted my feedback regarding the issue on my account, & followed up with me when i checked out.

as mentioned above, the internet wifi connection was not good- it kept disconnecting repeatedly throughout the stay. it would connect for a (usually short) period of time & then disconnect & require a reset due to IP issues. i recommended the hotel purchase more bandwidth, as i am suspecting the lack of sufficient traffic capacity was the root source / cause of the issue.

Very friendly staff, clean room, comfortable beds. Drinks from fridge and from reception were very reasonably priced. Very good value for money.

Regulating the temperature of the room was a bit difficult/slow, it was quite hot in the room. But not uncomfortably hot, and the window could be opened for some fresh air.

We had to book a room last minute because our trip from Hamburg onward got cancelled and we had to re-book for the next day. Luckily, this hotel was great! The receptionists were helpful, the room was clean and nice, the minibar had delicious local rhubarb spritz and the breakfast was really good, especially the tea buffet. The location is not very central, but the area is beautiful: it was great to walk around and easy to find food (also vegan options).

Friendly staff, super-clean, and very conveniently located just a 5-min. walk from the Stadtpark and the U3. I was worried this location would be inconvenient, but not at all.

I didnot like that they charged for coffee in hotel room for coffee machine. 1EUR per capsule. A bit unusual. But I guess when in Rome... :)
