Well-located Hotel with very friendly staff.
It‘s in a large old building hosting several hotels. Bellmoor is quiet and rooms are not very modern but clean. Breakfast was included. So overall great value.

My son and I loved it — the friendly receptionist, the great breakfast, and how helpful everyone was whenever we asked for something. It felt like home. We’ll definitely be coming back.

The staff was very friendly. The lady who served breakfast was very good and efficient, remembered each guest and their diet after the first breakfast, once even recognized me from down the (long) hall and brought my food immediately.
The hotel is conveniently located, very close to the Congress Center Hamburg.
I expected a room slightly bigger, especially the bathroom. Pregnant, I actually bumped into the sink a couple of times. The toilet flush was also not working perfectly, it would do the job but the water never seemed fully clean.
The pillow wasn't fluffy and the mattress bit hard.
