The staff were very accommodating and tried their best to help me with an issue I had using my credit card in the local area. The free breakfast was also very convenient for me.
There wasn’t much room for socializing in the common areas, which is what I usually look for in a hostel stay.

The staff were really lovely and so helpful.
The place was safe. I was very unwell when there arrived in Singapore with sun stroke and was very badly burned and could barely walk or stay awake so 3 days where mostly spent in the hostel bunk. I was in so much pain. But, the staff got me water looked after my suitcase when I couldn't carry it upstairs. There is no lift.
Location close to transport was really good.
Nothing I can complain about. For singapore every everything is expensive compared to other asian countries like thailand, the Dream Lodge is good value. Its not the Ritz and Its not what you might get in Europe, very little space, and sharing room with many others, but it is great for seeing Singapore and the staff are wonderful and the place safe.
