Lovely attentive helpful reception staff. Apartment had everything specified. A comfortable place to stay in close location to public transport, Nice gym and pool

New facilities and clean
Housekeeping very responsive
24hr of noise from vehicles on the road. Location is very poor. Camnot good rest or sleep as room was road facing. Too loud noise from pasaing traffice. Cannot rest properly
Coffee machine didnt work for 2-3 days. Either system upgrade ( un informed to guests) or card didnt work.
Didnr get coffee rhe first 2- 3 days oe cups refill not refilled.. i had to call for service help 3-4 times
Swimming shut down ( un informed). Couldnt swim for 2 days due to urgent maintenace?? But isnt the facility new??
Information lacking on rubbish chute ( cannot open) , how to order toilet paper etc
Bathroom flooded. Surprised it get clogged by someones hair. I had short hair and our batbroom got clogged according to the srvice people. But wait a second, isn the rooms quite new?
