Perfect for what we needed in a good location.

We had a group of six in town for a wedding. This place was perfect for us. Any questions we had were answered quickly. The top floor was our favorite place to hang out.

was really nice inside the plaza shared with the neighbors was pretty, you can tell they make an effort to keep it nice for everyone. The parking downstairs was tight, but safe and well lit. Nice to have a built in sparking spot in an are where parking is at a premium. Several nice places to eat, shop and drink within easy walking distance. While many places were still recovering from hurricane Maria, the owners have done a nice job with this rental.

Christina is so kind and very hospitable. The property was beautiful and so clean. Location walking distance to the beach, and everything else you need for your stay. We are definitely planning to stay here for our next trip to Puerto Rico! Looking forward to it!

Stayed 5 nights. Location is perfect, close to everything. Condo is beautiful and very clean. Everything we needed was in condo (beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, coffee maker, washer/dryer, parking to name a few). Beds are comfy. If you do need anything or have questions, Christina and/or Manuel are available and more than happy to help. We only reached out for checkin/checkout and they responded very quickly. Would definitely stay again.

My husband and I and both daughters and their significant others were attending a destination wedding and wanted to make a vacation out of it. This condo appealed to us because it was centrally located in Condado Beach and had room for 6 adults. Unfortunately, one couple did not make it due to a flight cancellation. This unit had everything we needed and we felt extra safe with the two locking gates on the property. My only negative experience was check in because the property manager spoke very little English. We had to wait awhile for her arrival and we had some language difficulties. Things improved after that first interaction. I will definitely visit San Juan again!

Wonderful place to stay. Right next to the beach and lots of places to eat. They were very accommodating and helpful!

I stayed at this property for a week with my 3 sisters. 2 of us were celebrating our birthdays. It was perfect for us, plenty of room with 3 floors to spread out on and everyone had their own space. We loved having 2 full bathrooms and 2 half baths, it made it so easy for everyone to get ready at the same time. The roof deck on the 3rd floor was everything!! We sat outside every day and every evening and enjoyed the breezes. There's even an awning up there so you can sit outside even if it's raining. As the other reviews stated, it's actually a 2-bedroom property with a really large livingroom on the 3rd floor with 2 sleeper sofas. They are really easy to set up and put away. The place was clean, and we loved having a washer/dryer to use too. As long as you don't mind climbing stairs (because it's 3 stories), this is a great place to stay! The neighborhood is perfect, one block off the busier Ashford Ave but on a quieter street only 2 blocks from the beach. It's super-close to everything and you can walk everywhere in the area. We all agreed that we would stay here again. Thank you for a great visit!

There was a lot of construction noise and I didn’t realize the third floor

The checkin process was very simple. Location had 3 different gates, so great security. There were basic necessities at VRBO and we very much appreciated it. The location was VERY good. Very close to shops, restaurants, and other stores. Property manager was very vocal and helpful when it came to us checking in and finding everything we needed and providing examples on how to use the pullout couch and very interactive throughout the whole trip. There were beach/bath towels for us to use and amenities for the bathrooms. The house was a great place to stay and would recommend! Thank you Cristina and Manuel.

Great location in the heart of Condado beach! Off street parking and great security with all the gates. Very close to everything you need and lors of beaches. We have already booked our stay again at this same property next year.

Came to San Juan for HS class reunion in July. Came across 1158 Magdalena exploring the vrbo site. The place is as nice as it appears in the website. We were out most of the days with a packed itinerary of reunion activities. Almost wish we had had more free time to just kick back and enjoy the apartment.

Would definitely recommend. Best part was convenient to the beach. The condo is clean and the owners were very quick to answer any questions and provided clear instructions. Also appreciated the amenities they provided (beach towels, coffee, cookware). Just a small note - it's not 3 bedrooms - more like 2 with a giant loft - but still fits 6

This condo was perfect for a week in Condado. It's convenient to the beach, great restaurants, and to visiting old San Juan. The condo is clean and the owners are easy to work with. We would definitely recommend for small families.

Stayed here as a group of three friends, apartment is great with everything you need and the location is even better, just a two minute walk from the beach

Two bedrooms with there own bathrooms. The third (bedroom) was an entertainment area, next to the very nice balcony area, with two bed coaches and no bathroom. Overall very nice place. We would definitely stay there again.

Our stay can be summarized in a few quick words: Great location, wonderful roof deck, very clean, and attentive hosts. What more could you ask for?

There was plenty of room for four people with the two living spaces and rooftop. The individual air conditioners in bedrooms and living spaces kept the rooms plenty cool. The Condado neighborhood ultimately wasn't the best fit for us, but both the neighborhood and complex were quiet and comfortable! Check out was super easy. Check in took about 25 minutes including waiting a few for the owner and then filling out some paperwork. But overall not bad. Communication was prompt during booking, check in, and check out via email and phone. The property did provide dish soap, sponge, bath towels, and shampoo/conditioner/body wash, but oddly there was hand soap in only one of the four bathrooms. We ended up buying some soap at the local Walgreens. It also would have been nice to have a dish towel. But overall, the property was great!

Our second time at this townhouse. All was well, in fact there was nice new furniture on the rooftop patio. We will almost certainly be back for a third visit - it's that comfortable, clean, and perfectly located.

Property was immaculate and literally walking distance to EVERYTHING we needed. Beach was a few minutes walk, restaurants, casino, and Walgreens right around the corner. Inside was modern, spotless, and had everything we needed to feel at home. Washer and dryer was much appreciated! Host met us upon arrival and was available throughout stay for any questions we had. Manual and Cristina were very friendly and helpful!! Would definitely recommend!!
