Location, cleanliness, communication.
Very noisy because we had to keep windows open , since there was no AC. Traffic starts early, the street is very busy.

We had a wonderful stay at Hofquartier Apartment. The apartment was clean, comfortable and in a great location. A special thank you to Christian Moser for his excellent hospitality. He was very friendly, helpful and always quick to respond to our messages. Everyone around the apartment was also very friendly and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again! ❤️🇨🇭

Very central, easy to walk to everywhere. Nice eating places and supermarkets nearby. The host was very prompt and answered all our questions within 5-10 mins, excellent service.
The apartment is on the ground floor and there is a lot of noise from the lobby area where people open and close the door to go in and out. Also, it was really hot in Lucerne and not having an AC did impact us but atleast there was a fan.

Huge roomy apartment, well equipped kitchen, super clean and very comfortable beds. Location is excellent, very central but on a quiet side street. Walk to train station in 10 mins. Couldn't fault the place, we loved our stay there.
