Beautiful property with a very nice private beach wth sand. Comfortable lounge chairs, (though the bathrooms could be closer). The breakfast was very good and the wait staff was overall very helpful. Buggy drivers were very helpful and attentive. Easy to get a ride and get our car brought around. Our suite was very nice and clean, with some small wear and tear items.
Our suite had two bedrooms, which were a bit small but the communal area was large. The balcony had a great view but was small for more than 2 people and there were only two chairs, seems for two bedrooms you should have four chairs. The main bedroom closet wasn't sliding when we arrived and we had to call maintenance but they came quickly and fixed it. We spent every day at the beach, the wait staff there was often not paying attention to guests, we had to get up and go get their attention, Folie at times was too loud wth their private parties late into the night. Neighbouring hotel played loud music all day that sounded the same.

Could hear outside door in corridor during evening opening/closing (when sleeping) by other guests.

They have us a cake since we had a special occasion And welcome drinks. Personal assistant on WhatsApp. Incredibly nice staff except for one teeny comment from some girl who worked there but no big deal. It was a nice stay.
It’s a very big hotel so don’t expect quick service on the reception. The facilities are very far from each other and to get anywhere you most likely will need a buggy which is a bit of a wait until one is made available. Beach was a bit underwhelming i thought it would be more beautiful. One of the staff gave me attitude because i checked on the cab we ordered, she had nothing to do with the taxi request she just came out of nowhere. The guy who I was actually talking to and everyone else were very very nice. I felt very welcomed.
