one of the beat hostels ive stayed at. strongly recommended

bit dirty in bathrooms however late at night so no big deal.

Lack of air in rooms windows opening to small

The staff were very very friendly and helpful. The hostel is well located, very close to everything. The place was clean, even the kitchen was sparkling clean and very well maintained. The WI-FI works! I enjoyed my stay!

it's clean and spacious. lovely staff. near transports and town centre and beaches.

the kitchen closes at 10pm. this doesn't cater to the night owls amongst the guests. i woke up 10.10pm and couldn't get to my food or drinks in the kitchen. couldn't make myself a cup of tea. lounge closes 11pm. same thing. I'd have liked to sit in lounge reading or watching videos without disturbing room mates but couldn't. the showers and shower lights are on a 5mins or so timer. don't know if anyone who takes 5mins shower. i know it's to conserve water and energy. but my shower took longer because I keep having to press the shower button and stick my arm out to turn light back on 😰 other than that my stay was great.

Free tea and coffe and it was veryclean

Great location, very nice common areas and has a kitchen. There's free tea and coffee in the morning.

Room for eight people was rather small, but you don't really spend much time in it, so it's not really important. Lots of stairs!

We licked the room kids loved it it was like an adventure for them, if I was sharing with strangers then it might be slightly different.

The noise from people walking home after a few drinks kept waking us up but we were on the rd so to be expected I suppose

It was my first experience to stay in hostel, and I was very surprised. All great experience. Definitely I'll use it again.

The weather-spoons kicking out time hooliganism needs addressing by the town council. It’s very noisy and brawls can be heard because it is close by. It’s a shame how heavy drinking culture seems to be making its mark in St Ives :(

A really nice place to stay, friendly helpful staff, nice atmosphere. All the facilities you could need.

It can be inconvenient to have to lock your things away and access them again but this goes for all hostels really.

Welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff

The building was beautiful, the staff was so friendly and helpful, they gave me great tips for a restaurant and place to watch the sunset. It‘s 5 minutes walking from the beach and main part of town. Beds were comfortable and the curtain provided some privacy. The kitchen was big and clean and provided pans, pots, plates, fridge ect.

The only negative things were the small light by my bed was broken and the room was slightly hot, but just minor inconveniences
