The lovely Roberto, who was very helpful . The magnificent property and the view. Breakfast . We had a fridge.

Only that we couldn't make tea and coffee and we had to go and renew parking ticket at 8 am.

The location of this property was excellent. Beautiful view over looking the water and super clean. The breakfast was delicious and included a large croissant that you were able to choose the filling and was ordered from a local bakery, small finger sandwiches, an assortment of cookies from Abruzzo and a selection of cereal. I want to give a special thank you to Cristina for taking such good care of us during the week we stayed there- she is an amazing person and always went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The owner Roberto has done a phenomenal job renovating this B&B and adding all the little touches to make it a great place to stay if your in Vasto

The setting was idyllic. The accomodation was large, comfortable, luxurious and absolutely beautiful. Right along the Adriatic with views to die for. It was a privilege to have the opportunity to stay in Roberto's ancestral home. Best breakfast we have had thus far in Italy. Pastries were straight from the bakery and selected per our preference.

Extremely welcoming, family-run father son team. A labor of love went into renovating the building, and the beautiful rooms show it in all its glory. Especially amazing to have a gorgeous sea view directly from our room. A nice blend of historic features and modern comforts. Parking was actually quite easy even though thr structure is in the historic center. We definitely recommend it, and hope to be back soon.

Roberto is a lovely host who can guide and advise you shall you want so. He loves what he does and it’s evident in every detail of the service that he offers. Highly recommended.
