The property is very cute! The rooms were clean and tidy. The neighbors and neighborhood are quite lovely so we really felt at home staying there. At first, there was a mix-up with the code for the key box, but the neighbor was happy to assist us in getting in. Once we were settled, we had a lovely time in the unit and out about in town. All in all a very good experience! Would be happy to rent again in the future!!!

This cute and cozy two story townhouse unit is located in a beautiful area and within an easy walk or bike distance to town. You can even avoid all the hills by going one block yo Commercial making it wonderful for those that are less physically capable. The heated pool is absolutely fabulous. It is literally steps away from the East End grocery store. Neighbors that live next-door are so friendly! Upstairs living room is great and has a nice deck. Deck has view of gorgeous greenery and an apple tree. Due to Covid, coins are still scarce in town and it’s hard to scrounge up 16 quarters to do a load of laundry. (That’s just an issue with our current times-not an issue with the unit!) The outdoor area is private and has a grill. There’s a cute adult fox in the area and it’s not aggressive but it won’t stop to let you take a picture lol.

This is a small, well kept, nicely decorated condo. Marty the owner is easy to work with. When the weather is great this condo is awesome. Great pool, nice patio and other outdoor seating, plus its very convenient to beach and other spots. When the weather is bad, be aware that there is not a lot of indoor space. Three people sometimes got tight.

Great place, great host, great trip
This place is exactly as advertised - cozy, right for 2-4 people (or in our case, 2 adults + 1 child). One bedroom has built in drawers in the walls, plus a bureau. We spent a lot of time in the upstairs sitting room, playing games and relaxing with basketball or apple TV (for the days it rained). For the days it didn't,
The east side of Provincetown is lovely. We went to the East Side Market across the street for pastries or breakfast sandwiches in the morning, and lunch to take to the beach. We walked to get restaurant takeout pretty much most nights, though the kitchen looked fine to cook in and seemed well stocked. We could walk to all of commercial street. Easy drive to the beaches. (And really appreciate how 100% of the people we saw in Provincetown were masked, except on the beach itself).
The host was easy to reach out to - we had a few questions throughout the trip, and we were easily able to text Marty. He responded right away.
The best part for us was the pool. Heated, so that it was usable in New England (certainly warmer than the ocean), and it had a motorized retractable cover. Since the pool is surrounded by trees, that meant that it had very few leaves or other debris in the water. Good COVID protections -- clear rules about limiting the number of people per lounge chair pair, strong distancing between the 3 sets, and we were required to disinfect before and after. One warning - the pool is up several flights of stairs.
Would recommend staying! Thank you so much.

Just what we needed
Our stay at Marty’s rental was lovely. It was the best of both worlds: Lots of privacy for peace and quiet but just a convenient walk or ride to activities on Commercial Street.
We greatly enjoyed large patio with grill, quiet balcony, and private pool that we were able to enjoy safely without the worry of interacting with strangers (particularly this year).
Beds were comfortable, walk-in shower was great, and Marty was very responsive to our questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent time in P-Town
This property was perfect for our vacation get away. The location can't be beat ...close to heart of P Town but not to close. A perfect extra quiet hideaway. You would never know you were practically in the heart of town.
The space in the condo is tight but we made it work. Bedrooms and kitchen are small but yet very functional. The interior is fresh, clean and nicely decorated. You really feel like you are in someone's home. There is a large living room area with sky lights and a balcony which gave us plenty of room to spread out. The outdoor grill and picnic table was perfect. The pool was beautiful and a relaxing experience after the hot days. ... though beware that there are lots of stairs to get to the pool.
Marty was a great communicating and very helpful. The year round neighbors were lovely. We had an absolutely wonderful time and hope to return in the future. High recommend this property.

Quiet with a fantastic pool.
I was so grateful to stay in a place that was quiet. It was quiet during the day, it was quiet at night. The pool is fantastic. It is only used by people who live/visit the condos. We met the other families going to Family Week at the pool, and our kids played. The parking area and front patio are a bit buggy. It was our first time in Provincetown, and we didn't know that there are mosquitos. Mosquitos especially like to hide in bushes and greenery. The location was a bit far from town -- again great if you want quiet. The condo is also pretty large. We never used the upstairs living room and outdoor patio -- but they look very nice.

A delightful welcoming cozy and spacious space
The minute we walked in our teenage kids said wow, we love this. We are moving in! It’s a two floor space with a cute inviting kitchen a lovely upstairs and a well thought out and well appointed cozy vibe. The shower is quite fancy, the kitchen is well-equipped, and all-around we found it a wonderful place. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot to be during the carnival week in P-Town. The pool was fantastic, super clean with nobody there.
However, the kitchen is a little small and the terrace outside would need a bit of refresh and cleaning up.
Globally, it was a great spot and we enjoyed our stay. Thanks.

Great Week!
The pool was lovely and available as advertised. It was great to walk up and be able to look out over P'Town harbor while poolside. we were close enough to town to walk in for shopping and eating. Nearby East End Market provided a daily newspaper, great zuchini
muffins (and more) for breakfast and lunch. Enjoyed our stay.

Nice place but issues
I have to say the owner Marty was really nice and if i had to base this only on him and how he handle everything i give him 5 stars. But as we arrived on day one we had to back into the spot as we did that we spun the back tires and the gravel in the driveway kick up some rocks nothing major in fact you didn't see any marks (i took pics). But the son that is unit #3 with his dad came running out and ran up to our car window.. As the four of us sat there he stood outside the passenger window and was screaming and swearing at us for driving fast and that we could have hit a kid. I said excuse me we were back up into a spot and spun the tires we really don't need you swearing at us it was a mistake and if you have a kid you shouldn't be talking and yelling like that. When we started to unpack he sent his father out to yell next which is not a way we wanted to start our trip we told him we already said sorry and we said it again and finally he went away.. So beware of him, the women next door were sweet and showing us how to use everything and where everything was. The day got worst when we walked in we noticed the kitchen had a lot of ants we bought some raid and dealtwith then. Then we found out that the house had a HUGE flaw. You cant run 2 ACs in the upstairs at the same time without blowing the fuse. I messaged the owner and he said yea we know fo the issue.... So we had to chose between a bedroom or living room having ac. In doing so the guest in the living room had to suffer and had to rent from another place costing him $800.00 extra!!!! This was something that should have been addressed before arriving as it was over 95 degrees everyday up there in the cape July 4th week. Had we had known we were going to spend another $800 bucks we probably wouldn't have stayed there and found another place. We should of been offered some type of a refund for that since the owners knew of this issue. This is something home away should know about as well. Otherwise the pool hours says open till 10pm. But when we would go up at 8pm the guys already covered it and said it was closed. Idk we just were a bit disappointed. You spend a lot to relax and get away and only had stress.

This was perfect for what we needed.

Amazing place to stay
This place is very charming and well located in Provincetown, only a few minutes’ walk from the downtown area. We had an amazing time. Neighbors are very welcoming. The private heated pool is awesome. The place is super clean. It’s a nice 2 floors condo with two separate bedrooms and a living room. All you need is there, even a small terrace and BBQ. Everything was functional and we even cooked at home a few time. It was almost like being home. Don't miss this opportunity as you won't regret it.

Perfect Oasis Away From the Hustle and Bustle!
This vacation home was exactly what we were looking for, close enough to downtown (a short walk) and just far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The home had everything you would need, the kitchen was well stocked and the condo was very clean and orderly. The hilltop pool was FABULOUS, that's where we spent most of our week enjoying the quiet and chatting with the lovely neighbors, everyone was very welcoming. There is a beach nearby if you prefer a dip in the ocean.
The outside patio is a nice place to enjoy your coffee in the morning and the nearby market has a wonderful selection for breakfast and lunch, if you don't feel like cooking.
I highly recommend this condo, if you are looking for something off the beaten path and just outside the downtown area. It could easily sleep 4 people comfortably. I hope to return next year!

Quiet + pool + close to the action
The updated kitchen and bath are very nice, the tiled shower is huge! The upstairs living room with vaulted ceilings is a great space. The new pool is very quiet and the perfect escape from the beach or the perfect place to come home to at the end of a long day at the beach. Highly recommend this to anyone who likes some peace and quiet when they are home relaxing but need to be near the action.

Nice, spacious condo - convenient to everyhing
A couple of days before our vacation started, we received notice that the communal pool would not be available for us because of delays in the new construction. Upon our arrival we found basically a huge sandpit where the pool should have been. Since we had booked the condo specifically because of the pool we were quite disappointed. However, the landlord voluntarily offered us a refund because of this.Hopefully next year the pool will be done! The pool area has to be accessed via stairs as it is located in another condo compex above this one.
The condo itself fulfilled our expectations. It had been recently renovated with new floors, a new breakfast bar and a brandnew bathroom with a cool very spacious shower. The kitchen has almost anything you might need (except for a colander,- which would have been nice to have when cooking pasta) - a stove, toasteroven, coffeemaker, blender, microwave and full-size refrigerator.
There is one bedroom with a queen-size bed downstairs and one with a trundle bed upstairs. The beds were okay, but after a week we were glad to have our own, more comfortable, beds again. The downstairs has a portable AC, which we appreciated greatly but the upstairs can get pretty hot because there were only some fans there.
Upstairs the living room with sofa, tv, video, and cd player (there were even some videos and cds) provides additional space.
The condo is located off Bradford Street, so it is quiet. There is off-street parking for one car - something really to be appreciated in Provincetown.
It's about a 15-20 min. stroll down Commercial Street to the town hall, which we actually enjoyed because it takes you right through the East End with its galleries. 2 minutes from the condo is a small grocery store that also offers fresh bakery products and a deli.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to renting again next year!
