TOP su Bologna !

Tutto stupendo, dall’ingresso alle camere.. nuove, ben arredate, attrezzate, calde e insonorizzate .. splendido anche il self check in, tutto in autonomia, facile da gestire e bravissimi e cordialissimi gli host. Ti indicano tutto alla perfezione

Красивое здание на красивой улице, свой сад со столиками, где можно завтракать. Рядом парк, готический собор, до исторического центра 20 минут пешком. Современный ремонт, антикварная мебель

Довольно далеко от вокзала (45 мин пешком), если путешествовать с багажом, могут быть проблемы, так как такси в болонье так просто не вызвать.

great location with great service, though apartment itself needs some maintenance.

The location was great in which it was easy to get around the city to and from with ease. The apartment itself was soundproof from the street outside, which was pleasant. And security of the apartment was great except for the front gate being easily accessible to public.

The beds were hard, and uncomfortable. No air circulation in the ensuite bathroom which made it difficult for fresh air to be accessed. Also, the water pressure of the shower in the ensuite bathroom was poor and not pleasant for showering. Which resulted in to ALL 5 of us patrons having to share the 1 shower in the main bathroom. Another mention is of lack of quietness. We could hear constant banging from upstairs like people running with heels on heavily early morning along with screaming. So, considering the outside was soundproof, it was disappointing that within the building itself it was very disruptive. It was almost like we didn't need to set alarms every morning as there was guaranteed noise to be awoken to roughly same time, every morning...

Удобный бесключевой доступ, замечательный уютный внутренний дворик, красивое здание в тихом спокойном районе и приятный дизайн апартаментов.

Amazing place

The location is great in nice neighborhood close to big park. The appartements are new, well decorated and modern. Clean. Easy self check-in. The big plus is that you can book your parking in front of the apartment for 10€/day. Definitely recommend to stay.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden deshalb bald wiederkommen!

die Wohnung war modern ausgestattet, mit ein paar antiken Möbelstücken, tolle Lampen. Alles in allem sehr geschmackvoll. Der Garten war hübsch, die Lage sehr gut. Würde jederzeit wiederkommen...

die Zwischentür hat gequietscht... ist aber leicht zu beheben!

Very clean & comfortable apartment on a very quiet street very near the city. Staff was very courteous & helpful. Very near grocery store & ATM.

Excelente, parabéns!

O edifício, o equipamento dos quartos, toda a decoração e limpeza, o parque de estacionamento. Zona calma e Fica a 10 minutos a pé da praça Maggiore. O staff, embora comunicação fosse feita por WhatsApp, foi simpático e acedeu aos nossos pedidos. Parabéns!

Estancia perfecta en Bolonia

Tranquilidad, espacio de la habitación y baño, limpio y cómodo. Está un poco alejado del centro pero para nosotros genial porque te da la tranquilidad de estar en un barrio residencial.

Great accommodation and perfect for a weekend trip to Bologna.

This is a really great property. Modern and spotlessly clean. Brief meeting of the responsible person was pleasant and helpful. A nice easy 15 minute walk from the centre of Bologna. Safe and good parking at an additional cost.

modern, spacious and clean and very helpful staff, when you need them

Spacious, clean and modern rooms. Even though there is self check-in and we didn't see the staff during our stay, they went above and beyond to get our sons lost toy back into his arms. Mille Gracie!!

Great communication, care and assistance from the desk. Nice and clean studio located in a green and quiet area of the city.

For a short-term stay such as mine, I would prefer a location that is closer to the center.

Perfect for a second time..!

It was our second time staying at Mysuiteshome on our route to Ancona. The apartments are very nicely done, with all you can ask for a short/medium stay. Location is good within 15-20 minute walk from the center. We will be staying again when in Bologna!

Very nice place to stay. The area is peaceful and quiet. Convenient gated parking. Large and spacious and tasteful apartment with high ceilings. We really like it!

Very nice, modern accommodation in a lovely setting. Great location for travellers w/ a car.

Our suite was in an beautiful old building with fully modernized interior. We loved the easy access and feeling of security with the door code system to enter the gated property, building, and our individual suite.

It was a little further from the center of the city than I realized when I booked, so it meant we had a bit longer walk to and from our accommodations, BUT it was extremely convenient by car.

It is located in a quite location, close to the park and in a walking distance to the center. The room was very spacious, clean and great value for money. Staff was very helpful and supportive.

Excellent location. Very clean and beautifully decorated.

I stayed there for 4 nights and did not get a change of towels. I thought perhaps at least once in between but it wasn’t the case. That was a bit surprising for the price.

Perfect day trip
