I was temporarily relocated with my family for work and needed a place to stay. The property Manager replied quick and eased any concerns I had. The home was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Beautiful view from the lanai. Great for a relaxing cup of morning coffee. The pool is great, clean and within walking distance and the people are friendly! No one made us seem out of place which is important to me. We were messaged to see if everything was going well which we appreciated, and it was going great. We didn't want to leave! It took a quick and easy drive to get to a lot of wonderful beaches and there was plenty to do between the immediate area and Tampa a bit north. We didn't want to leave, but we appreciated the easy welcome and departure!! Will definitely be looking to rent this home again if I ever need to come back!

This was my first time with VRBO. I chose this unit mostly based on the location. I rented for February and March, and had a wonderful experience.
First, I want to say that the description doesn't begin to do the unit justice. I believe it was recently remodeled, and very attractive. It was well furnished with everything I could need. The Lanai at the back looks out onto a beautiful view of trees and the golf course. The location is quiet, the neighbors pleasant, and the community is very walkable. At the same time it is conveniently close to 70, 75, restaurants, activities and shopping.
Since I was new to this kind of renting, I had questions from the start. The owner was friendly, patient and responsive. He answered my concerns, and made my visit very pleasant.
