Great location with parking Apartment had everything we needed

Flat near to town. Parking adjacent to flat. Ground floor. All mod cons available.

Nothing.

The appartment itself was great. Very clean and tidy, really well equipped and in a perfect location, only 5 minutes walk from the town centre. Private Off road parking was a huge bonus. The only real downside with the apartment itself being the heating situation. The other downsides were due to poor communication which hopefully would be better if booked straight through cumbrian cottages. I would Deffinitely recommend this apartment for a stay in keswick and would return myself.

Practically no communication between booking.com/cumbrian cottages and myself. We were not given any information on where to go to collect keys upon arrival and the phone number on my booking.com confirmation did not work. Also we wanted to check out on new years day and when we checked in we were not told that the office would be closed! There was meant to be free wi-fi at the appartment but I could not connect to it with the password provided. Also the main bedroom went cold very quickly after the heating went off leading to some cold nights sleep!

The location was perfect for all the local shops, bars and restaurants. It was great that the apartment had it's own dedicated parking space and its own entrance. The kitchen was also well equipped .

The apartment was very cold when we arrived and, for the whole duration of our stay, the double bedroom remained freezing - so much so, that we ended up sleeping in the twin bedroom!
