Modern, clean, well-appointed and really comfy beds. Lovely staff too.
Location; being a Bangkok rookie next time I'll book a place closer to the MRT. But Grab was fine for our visit.

The cleanliness is the best of the best, so cleannnnn
Room is spacious, bed is very comfy
Smell is very good.
So close to Moonstar Studio, if you drive. It's like 5-10 mins drive there.
Opposite the hotel is a small grocery shop, they have breakfast as well.
Road is so narrow, but just 100-200 metre. Not that bad but if there's a car coming out and you drive in, one of you just need to reverse.
I can hear noise from outside the room , people walking, drag the luggage, close the door
so I'm not sure if they can hear me turning on the music or not.

Its clean and the price is fair . It's located in a quiet neighbourhood. The staff helped us in everything we asked . I was satisfied and stayed there again when I came back to Bangkok

rooms are clean.
comfortable.
affordable.
location is bad.
far away from everywhere.
hard to find bolt. grab or taxi.
nothing to do nearby yo have to get taxi to go to somewhere.
and hotel has serius ant problem.
ants are everywhere in the room.
cleaners are cleaining regularly but ants are winning the battle.
$$$$
