We had a great stay again and will come back next summer. It is close to the small Kervoyal beach and close enough to all you need. You have your own house, patio, garden. Great location also for 1-day bicycle tours.

The property is delightful and enabled us to enjoy a thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Although in a street of other houses, it was extremely quiet and just a five-minute walk from a lovely beach so we could swim everyday. It is also very well-positioned for exploration of the Morbihan area. Over many years of renting cottages across France, this is one of the best we have found and represents very good value for money.

Kervoyal is a pleasant, relaxed holiday village. This home is a short walk away from the local small beach. There is longer beach around the point that reaches Penerf several miles away. The beaches are great for walking and beachcombing. There are boulangeries, markets, and restaurants nearby. This home was fully stocked as if it was your own family beach house. It was easy to check in and check out with great communication with the owner. We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay.

Das Haus von Eric liegt in einer kleinen Nebenstraße hinter dem Ortskern von Kervoyal und ist gleichzeitig einen Katzensprung vom Meer entfernt. Eric hat uns sehr nett und zuvorkommend begrüßt, die Kommunikation war sehr unkompliziert. Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht, hat einen großen Garten und von morgens bis abends Sonne auf der Terrasse. Die Zimmer sind nett eingerichtet, die Betten bequem. Man betritt das Haus über die Küche, die klein, aber voll ausgestattet ist. Geschirr ist mehr als ausreichend da. Von der Küche kommt man in den Essbereich, der in den Wohnbereich übergeht. Es gibt auf beiden Seiten große Verandatüren, so dass man bei Hitze problemlos durchlüften kann. Die Fenster und -läden sind neu und super leicht zu bedienen. Im Erdgeschoss hat Eric zudem ein zentrales, elektrisches Rollladensystem installiert. Sehr praktisch! Vom Wohnzimmer führt an der Treppe vorbei ein kleiner Flur zu einem sehr großen Hauswirtschaftsraum mit 2. Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Dort stehen auch zusätzliche Liegen und Gartenstühle sowie ein Regal mit Spielen, Strandsachen und anderen nützlichen Dingen wie Verlängerungskabel, etc. Alles ist sehr ordentlich und sauber. Unter der Treppe ist ein kleines WC eingebaut. Vom Flur gegenüber der Treppe geht ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett ab. Dort gibt es auch ein Waschbecken. Die schöne Holztreppe nach oben endet in einem kleinen Flurbereich. In der ersten Etage hat Eric als Bodenbelag das alte Parkett erhalten. Das wirkt sehr warm und gemütlich und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Zimmer oben sind hell, groß und geräumig und auch super gut zu belüften. Trotz hoher Temperaturen war es nachts nicht stickig. Das Bad bietet auch ausreichend Platz für Badsachen von 3 Personen und hat eine große Badewanne, in der man bequem duschen kann ohne das Bad unter Wasser zu setzen. Badhygieneartikel, Shampoo und auch Waschmaschinen- und Spülmaschinentabs waren vorrätig. Auch in der Küche gab es die grundlegenden Dinge (Essig, Öl, Gewürze). Das Haus hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Man hatte alles, was man braucht, um sich wohlzufühlen. Das Auto durften wir auf dem Grundstück parken. Der Bäcker war zu Fuss in 2-3 Minuten zu erreichen. Es gibt 2 Restaurants, in denen man auch lecker essen kann, eine Eisdiele und das "Sardine et Platine"- eine kleine Bar zum draußen Sitzen mit leckerem Wein/Kleinigkeiten zum Essen und im Ladeninneren eine Art Concept-Store mit Dekoartikeln/ Kleidung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Maison spacieuse lumineuse avec toutes les commodités.Agréable à vivre à l interieur comme à l exterieur...on s y sent bien! Beau terrain au calme. 150 métres à pieds des plage et d une boulangerie. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, cadeau de bienvenue. Nous y avons passé un agréable séjour et recommandons vivement cette location.

Une maison à deux pas de l’océan avec tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. On s’y sent comme chez soit. On est chaleureusement reçu par le couple d’hôtes et on se sent tout de suite à l’aise. Des vélos sont à disposition pour emprunter la magnifique balade sur piste cyclable en bord d’océan en direction de Damgan. La boulangerie est à 5 mn à pied ainsi qu’un super glacier, Si ce n’est le meilleur de toutes nos vacances réunies. Que du bonheur même quand le soleil joue à cache cache car la maison est spacieuse.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in ihrem wunderschönen und außerordentlich gut eingerichteten Haus sehr genossen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Auch der große eingewachsene Garten mit den bereitgestellten Sonnenstühlen hat uns den Aufenthalt versüßt. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus nur empfehlen!

Nous louons depuis plusieurs années des logements en Bretagne. Celui-ci est le numéro 1... tout est parfait. Maison très agréable à vivre. Hyper bien équipée, rien ne manque. Joliment décorée. Emplacement au calme (rue privée) proche de la mer. Kervoyal est un petit bourg charmant. Damgan n'est pas loin. en Résumé: rien à redire. Si l'occasion se présente, nous reviendrons.

Propriétaires très accueillants. Maison très bien aménagée et parfaitement équipée. Belle terrasse donnant sur un très beau jardin. La maison est toute proche de la plage mais située au calme à 2 pas du petit village de Kervoyal. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour.
