Poor quality Not very cleab Tired looking Definitely not "luxury"

Good location,

The location was great - only five minutes from the train station and right by the town centre. Lots of bed spaces. Big shower, full kitchen.

The neighbouring flats / apartments were all groups of young lads partying, who come in and out the building throughout the night banging doors. Which isn’t the flat’s fault but there wasn’t much sound proofing so was easily disturbed. If you’re in town to go out out - it’s a great, if you’re looking for a good night’s sleep or have small children it’s not suitable. The flat meets does what it needs to do, but definitely isn’t luxury. Could do with a good deep clean, some new bedsheets and pillows - a bit of TLC.

The location

Dirty taps full of limescale and toaster. No working wifi, faulty cooker, 2 broken chairs (only two in the apartment. Parking wasnt available as originally described.

Property was in an excellent location. Walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. The appartment was fully equipped with all the essentials and was just what we needed for a girls weekend away.

Not given clear instructions on on where the building was address doesn’t take you there on a sat nav, no help from the person that I called twice either .Doors banging constantly every hour of the day and during the night! Photos are nothing like the apartment ,nothing luxury about it.

Bedroom layout to small for amount of beds in each room

right in the city centre .less then 5 min walk from all pubs and restraunts

only downfall was how small the second bedroom was,2 beds right beside each other

the property was very poor, needed a lot of tlc and updating, the cleaning standers were poor and everything seemed like it was half done, wouldn’t come back.

The location is great in Newcastle city.

The apartment is very basic. The customer service when messaging about check in before was rather abrupt and far from welcoming. The apartment looks nothing like the photos and it’s best just to take luxury out of the name as it’s false advertising to suggest anything about it is luxury. The bedrooms were crammed to fit in the two beds for each but the living space had more room for a group of 4 not using the sofa bed. The apartment was clearly cleaned ok prior to our arrival but items of furniture need replacing such as the sofa which is very stained. It’s fine for a couple of nights to use as a base. It was more reasonable than other options so generally we were satisfied with it to use as a base for two nights. I wouldn’t have wanted to stay longer & wouldn’t return.

Good location for town centre.

Advertised to be able to hold a high number of persons. We had 7 on our trip and all found it very uncomfortable. Beds are small and mattresses thin and used. No gap between twin beds. Pull out couches are broken and off the hinges. Blood found on pillow.

The only decent thing about this awful place was the location, though that was hard to find!

We booked Luxury Central Apartment 20 in Newcastle City Centre. I am afraid the title did not live up to the reality… far from it. This place was filthy, there were not enough bedding sets, the shelves were hanging off the walls in the bathroom, there were holes in the wall, stains on the ceiling, it was generally DISGRACEFUL! I would not stay there if you paid me. We were promised money back for the second and third nights was we had no option but to stay the first and yet we were not given the correct amount back! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Good location for a price if your expectations are not high.

Advertised free parking is a lottery and there are signs that you will get a ticket if you park there. The provider would not give any permit card so it's on your own risk if you park there, that is if you can even find a space.

Location is perfect, no taxis required!
