Located in La Veta, this attractive house for $225 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. 3 level beauty with great views from your front porch! This home features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a basement. There is an intimate front and back porch with beautiful views. You are within walking distance to the local shops and eateries. And take the time to unwind with a stroll down one of many hiking trails or sit along the banks of the lakes in town. The residence is just 15 short minutes from Cuchara, home of the stunning Spanish Peak Mountains. Disclosure: This property is a duplex. There is a shared door on the main floor that will remain locked unless a renter decides to rent out both sides. If entire duplex is rented it can hold a total of approximately 17-20+ ppl including couches and air mattresses if need be.

Very nice home with lots of extras supplied by owner such as dishwashing liquid, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent etc. Lots of towels! Well equipped kitchen and nice gas grill. Owners are quick to respond to questions. We will would stay here again!

Very nice home with lots of extras supplied by owner such as dishwashing liquid, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent etc. Lots of towels! Well equipped kitchen and nice gas grill. Owners are quick to respond to questions. We will would stay here again!

We loved the property! The rooms were great and worked for our needs. Even though it was summer, the rooms had portable ac units that helped keep the temp down. There was also a great selection of cookware so we could cook and eat together. A few mornings we got to see deer in the backyard- such a nice surprise! La Veta is a wonderful town - the people are super friendly and we had an amazing time exploring the local area....definitely recommend visiting the ice cream shop in Charlie's!

We came as a family group with 9 adults, and found the cabin to be spacious and well-equipped for our needs. It was a good location to walk into town, and it was nice to see the deer out front. Keri was very responsive and flexible.

Great Town, Great Property!
This is a great duplex centrally located in La Veta. The check in process was really smooth and the unit was very clean. We were a relatively small group of mostly adults but you could easily host a family, it's a great set up for kids!

Had a great experience from start to finish. Kind, attentive hosts, nice big space for groups, all needed amenities available and easlly to locate. La Veta is a small charming town with friendly locals and deer everywhere. Highly recommended.

New Year’s Getaway
We wanted a change of scene for the new years holiday, especially after such a crazy 2020, and ended up in this home. We stayed 2 nights and several in our group wished we could stay another night. It was spacious yet cozy and had everything we needed.

However, La Veta itself has a lot to offer all by itself. The property met our needs perfectly. It had everything we needed. We hope to come back again and we would definitely book this property again.

Wonderful for large groups. The basement is ideal for lots of kids! So quiet!! The owner was very responsive and even brought us a solution for s'mores during a fire ban! Will be staying again most likely!

Great property, kids welcome, lots of games and great bunk room with tv for them, kitchen well stocked with utensils pots pans etc , comfortable beds, and spotlessly clean, will rent again next year if available,kudos to our hosts

Our family had a very good time staying in this duplex in La Veta. It was large enough to accommodate 6 adults and 4 kids. The location is perfect. We were able to walk anywhere in La Veta. The owners were accessible and answered all our questions.
