Hermoso lugar, pero descanso imposible (cero aislación)

Hermosa habitación, bien decorada en estilo rústico, cama cómoda. Entorno natural y río para mojar los pies. Personal amable, en la medida de sus capacidades. Buen desayuno.

Falta de estacionamientos contiguos a las habitaciones, se generaba lío con otros pasajeros al estacionar en una subida. Lo peor es la inexistente aislación acústica de las habitaciones, un ahorro muy mal entendido. La tarifa es barata pero yo habría preferido pagar más y no sentir los gritos del niño argentino que me despertó 8.30 hrs. A.M. y no nos dejó descansar. Habitaciones pegadas unas con otras en donde se siente todo. El entorno invita a un descanso reparador y no se logra por que se ahorraron una buena aislación.

Retired (but not remote) place to relax, admire nature and rest.

I really liked the location, the natural environment, the silence, the river at the end of the property, the beautiful trees and birds I saw and of course the mountains in the background. It is also close to several lakes, thermal waters and national parks.

It was magical. we love the ecolodge and would recommend it to anyone.

We loved the natural, clean feel and smell, the warmth and coziness, the zen and kindness to mother earth.

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like.

Awesome stay in Pucon

I liked the positive surprise we experienced at Elementos. The first impression was negative, as the hotel is in the wild. We arrived late afternoon and it looked scary. As soon as we were presented to our rooms, we were in awe with the views, the quality of everything and the careful attention to every detail in comfort and environment. The dinner was fantastic.

Beautiful location, loved the eco feel and all the details in the rooms. Staff super friendly and accommodating and the homemade bread was so delicious!

the shower / hot water wasn’t always working properly in our room but it didn’t detract from the stay

Beautiful hotel in wonderful location.

This hotel is in a large property next to a beautiful river. The rooms are large, with lots of light, beautifully furnished. Bathroom is modern with excellent showers. Breakfast was very good, and the restaurant also serves lunch and dinner cooked to order. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Our balcony had a view of the volcano ❤️

a real gem near pucon

what a gem! a beautiful place surrounded by trees and greenery and near the river. quiet. nicely designed room with a balcony. comfortable bed. close to parks and sightseeing. the staff was very helpful and friendly. the breakfast was excellent - first time in Chile i had a truly home-made bread and jam. And dinner was also excellent - home made [as the kitchen seems to be part of the home of the chef... ] overall - highly recommended!

Great stay, good atmosphere and comfortable rooms.

Very comfortable hotel, the room was clean and cozy. Breakfast also very nice! People who work there and the atmosphere are great. They had issues with Wifi in the rooms but were very helpful to make the teleworking experience good in their common areas anyways.

Only some details, the overall experience was great. The coffee in the morning could have been more tasty and strong, it was sad that the coffee wasn´t so good in contrast with the rest of the breakfast that was amazing. Common areas could have been cozier and more inviting, in line with the rooms that were very beautiful, comfortable and nice.

Sarina, Piankhy and the rest of the staff Were very friendly and accomodating .The room was very clean and nicely designed and the food was great,with vegetarian options as well.

Nature is a must !

GREAT PLACE! a concept very close to the NATURE and Mapuche meanings. All stuff have a good knowledge about the area and very good recommendations. Food is good as well with a wide menu offer. Very close to National Parks and just steps from the river.

PROBABLY you need a 4x4 to go up to reception if you choose go with your car, but its not necessary bring your car up to the hill they have also a parking spot down, and you can walk a lovely path.

Nice spot. Room was nice and clean.

Someone smashed the glass terrace door to break in to my room when I was out and stole my laptop. Seemed lmore concerned about the door than whether my stay was ok. Breakfast was disappointing.

Awesome

Beautiful place Amazing view from our bedroom views of the volcano and river were just amazing. The hospitality and care was an absolute 10! They were amazing and stay for dinner it’s incredible!! This property made feel right at home.

Very nice place, location, and friendly staff

The facilities were really nice and the service was friendly and accommodating. The chef Nacho was really great about taking time to show me and my son how to fly fish. He even cooked up a trout that he caught. It was delicious! Cote and Sarina were both very good about making sure we were enjoying ourselves. They gave us good recommendations for places to visit nearby. Definitely a nice place and would stay here again!

It would have been nice to have a little more variety for the breakfast, but it's also understandable given the uncertainty around Covid related restrictions. The quality of the food was good. We ate lunch and dinner on occasions as well. Our front wheel car had a little trouble getting up the gravel driveway to the main building but there was a place to park near the entrance.

Very good facilities and good advice on activities available.

The owner was able to advise us where to go for two good walks. The breakfast is very good. Rooms, views and sitting area all very good. A very good cafe within walking distance down the road which baked excellent bread and rolls.

Unfortunately the room with disabled access was down a steep winding slope from the parking area, reception, breakfast and wifi access.
