The kitchen is equipped with all the basic things and have oven, microwave, coffee machine, etc. The kitchen is in connection with the living room which contains a dining area and a cosy sofa area where there is TV. There is direct access to the terrace which has garden furniture, BBQ (charcoal) and sunbeds. Within the urbanización there is a community swimming pool which is available from mid-March to the end of October. There is a also shared pool on the roof of the complex, open only during summer months. The urbanización also offers laundry facilities, jacuzzi, activities, table tennis, billiards, darts, etc. Please note that some of these activities must be paid for. Due to the great location you have everything within walking distance and there is only a couple of 100 meters to the nearest supermarket and restaurants. There is also tennis and paddle tennis courts 150 away, but this is not included in the urbanización. The beach is only 400 meters away and here you will also be able to find restaurants where you can enjoy several good meals. The nearest train station is located only 1 km away and this makes it possible to get forth and back from Málaga Airport, so a rental car is not needed. Attractions such as Park Paloma with the Selwo Marina Dolphinarium (500 m), Cable car which can take you to the mountains (1 km) and Puerta Marina (2,5 km), is within walking distance.
