We stayed for two nights. The hotel up-grate our room during our stay for free of charge, we are really lucky and thank you to the hotel. The staff there was really nice and helpful.
The restaurant at night time closed very early. But we enjoyed outside restaurant, due to the outside restaurant only 1 or 2 mins away from the hotel.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. We had an relaxing experience since there was a store, cafe and restaurants in the hotel. We also used the pool which was very nice.

It is beautiful and well-kept and clean
The location was a bit difficult in terms of accessing things conveniently. The shuttle to the beach needed to be replaced while the other one was getting repaired

The staff was very nice and helpful. We really enjoyed the massages at the relaxation spa, and we made good use of the on-site pool. The hotel lounge clothes were a nice addition. The room, overall, was pretty clean. The buffet dinner was okay, but definitely not a good value; because the breakfast is included in the rate, it was very busy, and we skipped it after the first day because it wasn't great. The on-site yakiniku was fine, but not a great value either.
I live in Japan, so I am well aware of cramped quarters; however, other Japanese properties tend to offer practical solutions to combat the lack of space. The entryway to the room was very small, with nowhere to place shoes, so you were constantly tripping over them as you came in and out of the room. There was no convenient place to hang clothes and no drawers available in the one piece of furniture in the room. There was very little space to set anything down - the separate table was maybe 24" in diameter, and the only countertop held the TV, phone, etc. This is a resort property on an island with beautiful beaches but there was nowhere practical to put wet clothing. Lastly, the air conditioning in the room and overall in the property was severely lacking; it made for a stuffy room with no movement in the air which means no one slept well. Parking was also an issue; if you couldn't park in the main lot or the lot on the property next door, the only available lot was a good walk away. Overall, it seems like the lobby got renovated at some point, but the rest of the hotel was tired - there was moldy grout in our bathroom, the wooden deck in the pool/sunning area was loose and poorly maintained. Honestly, we were disappointed with our stay as this is listed as a 4-star property.
