About this house rental
Amazing location, protected lagoon with spring vents, 100 yards to open water in Kings Spring, near Plantation Resort, floating 20' x 8' dock with seating, trailer parking, natural built in easy kayak launch with 4 high end kayaks, large backyard with shade and Adirondack seating around rock fire pit with low voltage night lighting. Two Bedrooms, Two full bathrooms newly refurbished, high end sleeper sofa for your extra guests. High Speed Wifi with office center, Chef's kitchen with large island, chiseled edge granite, wolf range top, and 6 foot wide built in refrigerator/freezer for entertaining. Outside covered sitting area with wifi flat screen and river views. Water hose and power at dock for easy vessel wash-down. Matching white hotel quality linens and pillows, towels, and bed covers. *Use of kayaks, dock, firepit and all recreational activities are at users' own risk as this is a natural landscape as are all river homes and use of door code to enter property is acknowledgement of such.

Great house! Everything as advertised. Huge fridge and freezer and nice kitchen made it nice for groceries and cooking. The outdoor patio and spacious waterfront area was perfect for us and using a boat and enjoying s'mores at the fire pit.

When walking into the home it is an open concept. The couch in the living area is very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware and cleaning supplies. Laundry well stocked as well. Bedrooms had bathrooms attached to them with one bathroom was easy entrance from outside. Bathrooms well stocked. Beds had good linen. Very comfortable. Towels provided were many and very large. Closets were large and hangers provided. Outdoor activities were corn hole, firepit with alot of seating, fishing line, kayaks, dock. Kayaking was excellent. 3 sister springs not too far. Location was nice. Not much additional items needed in this house. We like bar soap but that all we really needed. Everything was there. We bought pool noodles prior to arriving but they had them there along with life vests. Owner was very pleasant and easy to talk to. Very helpful.

Very nicely appointed rental, very clean. Access to water for kayaking is superb. Easy paddle to dining or local springs. Makes for a great vacation.
