Friendly reception, easy parking, not secure, but private. Rooms clean, great walk-in shower/wet room, all functioned well.
Architecturally interesting hotel, which I liked, maybe externally could do a little bit of TLC, only minor point.

arrived to be told there was no restaurant open so no food after a 5 hour drive also the hotel was in a state as they were carrying out renovations
room needed paint and was facing car park and road the hotel was empty and they give us a crap room
$$$$
