I got upgraded by the friendly, helpful and efficient staff on reception. My stay was great value - good breakfast, decent sized room and a good gym...all including the pice.

The room was a lowest tier budget room, a cube with an attached bathroom about half the size of the bedroom itself, yet it well exceeded my expectations. It was very quiet and all amenities worked great. The best part was the buffet breakfast, all entries were great, but the chicken and prata was the big winner - that alone is worth the price of the room, in my opinion.
If I recall correctly, the micro fridge was tucked under the writing desk, which made it impossible to put your feet under the desk when working on your laptop. A better option would have been to make the floor to ceiling wardrobe in the corner of the room slightly deeper and put it in there on the bottom.

Breakfast is good. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room has some bad smell; hence need to open the window. Even hotel has river view and pagoda view; they located us at Building Block View. Hence very upset.
