The infinity swimming pool on the ninth floor was one of the highlights of our stay. It was very refreshing at the end of the day, especially after exploring Bangkok, and the view of the Bangkok skyline and horizon was beautiful.
The breakfast was simple but quite convenient and was a good way to start the day.
The hotel was also close enough to the BTS to make getting around Bangkok convenient. The transfer service from the hotel to the BTS was useful, even though it was not very frequent.
Although our reservation was accepted for two adults and one teenager, it was not clear during the booking process that an extra bed for the teenager would require an additional payment. We only found this out when we arrived and were asked to pay extra. This should be made much clearer during the reservation process.
The transfer service to the BTS was also not very frequent and only operated from the hotel to the BTS, so we could not use it for the return journey.

Good value short stay, convenient location for canal boat access, huge comfortable rooms, but street noise is very loud. Bring earplugs!
Residence on Thonglor is a very decent property, but it's in need of some refresh work. New windows are desperately needed, both for noise and leaks during heavy rain.
Its farther away from BTS skytrain line, and there are fewer nearby restaurants at that end of Thonglor.
While the full kitchen is nice to have, there isn't a good grocery store nearby, so not overly useful.
