About this house rental
This lovely oceanfront duplex home (2 King beds, 3 Queen, 2 Twins) us located in Holden Beach West, a gated community on the private west end of the island but you'll know it simply as Eden! Incredible ocean and island views from the porches or decks! Living has two story windows with stunning Views!

Boardwalk across the dunes to wide expanse of sand and sea! Open floor plan has kitchen with counter seating, dining area and comfortable living area with 65 inch flat screen TV. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs. Welcome to Eden West! This is a non-smoking property.

Our family loved spending time at this beautiful home! We took our children and grandchildren and we were so happy that the home was clean and safe. Being right on the beach made it easy to get all the baby and beach gear down to the water's edge for days off sun and relaxation. What a marvelous week! We're already making plans to return.

After being confined to our homes for many months due to COVID, this was the PERFECT getaway for our family to meet up and enjoy each other's company. The house was big enough for us all to have our own space and privacy when needed. The seclusion at the end of the island was nice as well. Very peaceful and was a wonderful way to recharge before heading back to in-person learning and working. We had 6 kids with us ranging from 6 months to 10 yrs old and 8 adults. Plenty of puzzles and games to keep us busy when indoors but luckily the weather was great and we enjoyed every minute of Holden outdoors as much as possible. Check-in and Check-out were a breeze. Loved not having to worry about packing linens, they were fresh and ready for us when we arrived. Check-out was even easier and with 6 kids we greatly appreciated it! Colton was very responsive and accommodating and wonderful to work with. We will definitely be back!
