The location was excellent. The room was big and luxurious. The staff member was friendly and helpful. The bed was massive and very comfortable.
I could not get the temperature control to work, and the room was very cold.

It was a very tastefully presented hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable bed. Bathroom also spacious and clean.

Great location, very close to bars, restaurants and Stary Rynek. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice buffet breakfast with option of hot food. We arrived before the checkin time but we were able to leave our luggage in the storage at the reception. Room was very clean, spacious and had air con.

Very central location. Very clean
Very Dissapointed with accomodation as very basic. Very overpriced .Could do with extra pillows.Only tiny bin in bathroom, could do with another one in bedroom.
