Situated in Stella, this attractive house for $293 per night is a great option for your next trip. Why choose Suite 8? Because you need this vacation, and we want you to love it. Right near a lovely, great uncrowded snorkeling beach. Air conditioned and fully stocked with everything you'll need. Sheets, towels, pots and pans, beach chairs, PaddleBoards, gas grill, and much more. See the ocean under the stars from our delicious, sparkling clean Jacuzzi on the private roof-top terrace. The friendly Stella Community of Rincon has has had steady power and water since December 2017. We do have a back-up generator for major storms (PR is an island in the middle of the ocean!) You have our word. Snorkel the reef right off our beach - gazillions of lovely fish. Or just have a swim at the beach, which is steps from our front door. Relax and enjoy the beauty. Play in the sand. (We provide beach umbrellas and beach toys for little kids). Watch the pelicans and the occasional whale! Ours is the most spacious, well stocked, and most private of all the Wave Coast units. Our style is modern and minimalist, but cozy. We have solid wi-fi, so you can stay connected, (but we suggest you just go off the grid and enjoy!). Including the roof-top terrace, Suite 8 is a spacious 3-story property (2100 sq.ft.), air conditioned throughout. Upon your arrival, you will find an informative Guest Book that provides information about a wide variety of local attractions, excursions, beaches, restaurants, sports facilities, and resources. The ground floor living space has 2 sofas and an easy chair, a flat-screen TV, coffee table, and sunny windows. From the living area, sliding glass doors open to the patio with dipping pool and picnic table. Kids and adults will love to cool off and play in the private dipping pool, which is crystal clear. The patio and dipping pool are yours alone, and the entire backyard area is fenced in. Modern, well equipped kitchen with pots, pans, serving ware, wine and martini glasses, coffee pot, and tea kettle, cutlery, pretty dish towels, and every cooking tool you could need. You'll find sippy-cups and baby dishes. We supply paper towels and dish soap. There is a dining table with 4 chairs, as well as a "bar" with 2 stools. Upon your arrival, we provide coffee, and other basic supplies (sugar packets, salt, pepper, napkins, aluminum foil, etc. ) to get you started. And in case you're wondering, the tap water is fine to drink. There is also a modern, tiled ½ bathroom on the 1st floor with toilet and sink and mirror. On the 2nd floor, the large master bedroom suite is cool and comfortable. We recently installed a powerful, remote-controlled compression air conditioner so you can adjust the temp to your liking. There's also a door that opens to a small balcony looking out to our little street. We have a queen bed with a new mattress, large dresser with mirror, sunny windows, closet, luggage stands, 2 bedside tables with reading lamps, and a full modern tiled bathroom. The second large bedroom has 2 queen beds, bedside tables and lamps, 2 closets, cool local art, and another full modern tiled bathroom, right beside it. Both bedrooms have black-out shades so you can sleep in after the sun rises. 6 adults can easily stay and have plenty of space, but it is equally great for a small party of 2. Couples on honeymoon or romantic vacations will be delighted, as will smaller groups of travelers. We also love kids, and have 2 pac-n-plays, sippy cups, beach toys, and board games. Bed sheets, bath towels, and beach towels are provided. We even have a "magic closet" with sample sized basic products that you may have forgotten (like mini-tooth paste tubes, deodorant, band-aides, etc). Forgot to bring a book or finished the one you are reading? We have a small "library" that you can feel free to take a book or leave one for future guests. We even have books for little children. Our gorgeous roof-top terrace has a private jacuzzi, gas grill, mini-fridge, table and chairs, lounge chairs, another bathroom, and ocean views. Great place for breakfast, an adult beverage, BBQ, or star gazing from the hot-tub. Our large, private garage is stocked with paddle-boards, beach chairs and umbrellas, snorkel masks, and beach toys. There is a FULL SIZE washer and dryer, because having clean clothes is a non-negotiable! Everything you need is within a mile or 2 of Suite 8: Downtown Rincon, Farmer's Market, Art Walk, coffee shops, delicious restaurants, a wine store, a local meat market, fruit vendors, food trucks, pharmacy, playground, a sports complex, and 2 modern grocery stores. Upon arrival our expectations were exceeded. The property was spotless and very well appointed with high quality amenities. The location is unbeatable! A two minute walk to a really nice little beach. You are also located close to some other really nice beaches. There is plenty to see and do in the area and this place puts you really close to all of it. We will definitely be back.

Perfect location and private oasis. Quick walk to the beach, with all the beach supplies you need for your Rincon vacation. Walking distance to amazing restaurants. Enjoyed using the private pool after a long day in the sun. Hot tub perfect for a relaxing dip in the evening. Can’t wait to stay again.

We had a wonderful time and were impressed with the house and it's location. It's a quick walk to the beach with a reef just off the shore that's great for snorkeling. Edwards Grocery and downtown Rincon are nearby for easy food or dining. It was a great central location to stay to explore Aguadilla/Isabela in the north, the caves and waterfalls to the east, and Parguera in the south. The house itself was perfect for our family and we enjoyed all the amenities. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed and more! If we come back to Rincon, we would definitely stay here again.

You will love this rental. Literally steps to the beach, which was never overcrowded,
even over Christmas week. The private pool AND hot tub were a must for us and didn't disappoint! Kare management and owners made sure we had everything we needed, even toothpaste and ear plugs for the dogs, roosters, and Christmas fireworks. Having a washer and dryer meant we could pack light carry-ons; both worked great and were convenient. They updated the furniture since the pictures we saw, and it was incrediblly comfortable for relaxing after our daily beach and cave adventures. The wifi worked for the majority of our stay, but our data coverage (Verizon) worked great everywhere, so we could always find our way around. There are lots of fun spots for delicious drinks or food within a 5 minute walk, even a grocery store. The owners recommendations for food and activities in the area were top notch! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great trip!

Loved the place! The small pool was a huge hit with all of us. Just the right size to sit and talk with the family and have a drink in the evening. The small waterfall was so soothing to hear from the living room area. The back yard area was very private and secure with a tall gate and fence.
There was AC in the living area as well as both bedrooms, so that was very welcome after being out in the warm and humid air all day. The bedrooms had very comfortable beds. There were two full bathrooms on the second floor, with one adjoining the primary suite. The lower level had a small bathroom (no shower), which was nice.
The rooftop patio was amazing although we didn't really use it much due to the hot Caribbean summer sun. It has ample seating, a nice hot tub, and a really nice grill (not to mention ANOTHER full bathroom with a shower). It was nice in the evening to go up and watch the sunset. You can see the ocean from up there.
This unit had the best stocked kitchen of any vacation rental we have stayed in. To add, the garage had all of the beach “stuff” you’d ever need. We loved the nice beach chairs and umbrella when we went south for the day to Cabo Rojo and Playa Sucia (not to be missed!).
There is an easy to access beach down the street (Ama's Beach) that is really nice to walk to. We actually liked it better than some of the beaches touted in the travel blogs and books. It was nice to walk down in the mornings or lay out in the afternoon.

Suite 8 is the best and less than a block from the beach. We appreciated the bathrooms, the comfortable and sturdy furniture. It’s even more comfy than it looks in the photos! All the kitchen supplies were so useful and thoughtful!

My family and I stayed here for 6 nights. The place really exceeded our expectations overall. It was super clean and had a very welcoming atmosphere. It had everything you could possibly need. We loved that it was just moments away from the beach for the sunsets. The private pool in the backyard was probably our favorite part. It was in excellent condition and so clean! The rooftop terrace was also a huge highlight. My husband and I enjoyed sitting up there at night, in the hot tub, watching the stars. If we ever make it back to Rincon, we will 100% book here again.

This was our second stay at Wave Coast, but our first was 14 years ago! Since that time, the property has stayed in great shape and the town around it has developed into a really fabulous place to visit. The beach is still just a one minute walk away, but now you can walk to a health food store next to a supermarket in five minutes. If you drive, there’s an even better supermarket very close by, and the town now offers fantastic options for dining. We especially loved all the fresh seafood available. As for this condo, it’s perfect for a small family like ours (two adults, two kids). I can’t wait to return!

This house was perfect for our family. Very clean, great location to beaches and downtown Rincon. The dipping pool is nice to cool down in and the rooftop patio is perfect for evening grilling and relaxing in the hot tub. Robyn and staff were fantastic! I made the mistake of thinking we had one more night to stay and received a call that the cleaning crew was there to clean and all our belongings were still there. Erica was so patient and understanding. Thankfully we were able to get out stuff out before the next guests arrived, but we were still an inconvenience to the cleaning staff but was never made to feel like I was. Very professional of all the staff.

Love this property. Have returned numerous times. Love the beach access and the town. Important things (food, pharmacy) are within walking distance if necessary. Rooftop hot tub is such a bonus. I can't wait to return.

Townhouse was perfect for a vacation with teenagers. Plenty of space. Living areas separate from bedrooms which was great for early risers and late sleepers. Dipping pool was refreshing after beach and hot tub was perfect to relax in at night. Everything you might want to do in Rincon is within a short drive. Owners and caretakers were a pleasure to interact with and very attentive.

Great condo with rooftop terrace with grill and hot tub. Private plunge pool in the yard. A beach is just down the street and groceries about 2 minutes away. It was about a 10 minute drive to Maria’s beach. Neighbors’ roosters and dogs are loud at night but we turned on the a/c at night to block them out. Loved having beach chairs, snorkel equipment and paddle boards available to use. Would definitely stay again - clean and well equipped!

We loved our stay at Suite 8! Location was great! Less than a minute to the beach! The dipping pool along with the roof-top lounge and grill area was amazing! Would highly recommend this property! The host were great to communicate with and the check in and out process with on-site property managers was seamless! 5 star for sure!

We had such an amazing stay at this beautiful property! We walked down to the beach every morning and collected pretty bits of sea glass. We loved using the snorkel gear and paddle boards! We came back to cool off in the dip pool, then went out and explored other beaches. We enjoyed stopping at Ricomini for sweets each day and Riconcito grill for pinchos. Great mojitos at Pal 22! The home was beautiful and comfortable. At night we sat on the balcony from the hot tub and watched for shooting stars. We were sad we had to leave and hope to definetly come back soon! This location was perfect for us. Thank you for a great vacation!

Wonderful Rental for Vacation with the whole Family!
We stayed for 5 nights. We loved our stay. The kids utilized the pool and hot tub everynight after being at the beach! The outdoor shower was great for washing off sand. The pictures look dark online. But this house is all windows and sunlight. We slept great every night on the good beds and nice linens. We did use the washer and Dryer due to having 5 beach towels in the house and going multiple times a day. But no big deal at all! The floors are easily sandy from extra sand from clothing and towels. But they had brooms and vaccums so that was nice to be able to clean up after ourselves. We used the ice from ice trays and ice maker for cooler and bought an extra foam one that we left for next family. Tried the paddle boards once but no good luck with the waves at Rincon. We dont know how though!
As for food. We used econco because it is close. The tip top ice cream was our fav! And Acai bowls!! The food trucks were our favorite! Fresh kitchen tacos..we went 3 times! Yum! Rincon bakery was so yum! They have breakfast pastries and lunch!!

Rincon neighborhood
The place was roomy and centrally located! They had beach items that we definitely loved using! Maybe a few more towels would be great! They had ample amenities for us! We truly enjoyed our stay! The chickens woke me up early everyday but I enjoyed it! We fed the stray doggies! We ate at the panaderias close by and had the best time!!!

Absolutely Amazing!!
Robyn was a lifesaver! We were already in Puerto Rico and had another place booked. It was nothing like what we thought it was going to be. We had to find another place quickly, and Robyn was able to accommodate us. Her property was absolutely amazing. It was very clean and in a great location. The dipping pool was a great size and we loved it. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a place in Puerto Rico.

We loved the little dipping pool. Yes, it was small, but to have it in the backyard, all to ourselves was wonderful. The hot tub on the roof top was amazing. I wished I would have had more time to enjoy it. Also, the rooftop was spacious! The beds in the bedrooms were comfortable. Plenty of pillows to use. The kitchen had everything you could imagine. Oh and next to the second bedroom there was a closet fully stocked with band-aids, lotion, shampoo, etc. The neighborhood was not the most desirable, but we had no issues at all. It was a great location in Rincon, just off of 115 near the center of town. The walk to the beach with a 2 year old was a little long, so we drove to the beach up the street. (It was also more flat with more sand there.) Overall, it was a great stay in a clean, nice townhouse. I will definitely consider staying in it again.

Fantastic stay, Roosters confirmed
Loved our stay here. My family was very comfortable, everything felt extremely convenient and the place was well appointed, and we took the paddleboards out on our last evening and it was AMAZING. We would definitely love to come here again, and do more snorkeling and try surfing. Love how close it was to the grocery stores, and how walkable everything was.
The one eye rooster with a fifteen year 3-pack a day smoking habit was confirmed. I slept great though, but the rest of the family mentioned the rooster several times. I thought it was kind of amusing, though. We all still loved the place, and would come back, if we can.

Beautiful and Clean Townhome (Neighborhood not the best)
Pro - Home was great. Plenty of space for the family. We were all very comfortable with the accommodations. Home was in a perfect spot for us. We were very close to family, the Plaza, the beach and plenty of restaurants. Management company responded and fix issue with the guest bed very quickly. My daughters loved the hot tub on the top deck.
Con - Unfortunately, the surrounding neighborhood was not the best. Many of the homes were rundown. There were a lot of stray dogs that were barking all night and crapping all over the property. Primary room was in the front so wife and I had a hard time sleeping with the dogs barking all night. Also, the rooster next door woke us up every morning by 5am. Pool was not really a pool. It was very small. Hot tub was used but chlorine was super high and turned my daughters purple bathing suit white. Wifi service was not good. We had to use our phones as a hotspot.
Overall the house itself was a perfect accommodation for the family but just fell short on a few items.

We rarely stood still during the day as we visited Rincon, El Yunque, Cañón Blanco, the sights in Isabela, the bio bay in La Parguera, Steps Beach snorkeling, San Juan, the pork highway and so much more. We were very busy, but there was lots to see and do in our 10-day stay.
When we returned in the evening it was nice to enjoy the hot tub and the sunsets.
We would not hesitate to recommend Suite 8 to anyone.

Great location close to the beach
Spent a week here with three friends (all in our 40s for a mom get away). We fell in love with Rincón. The property is well stocked from a kitchen perspective and overall the house is a good use of space. There are three beds (2 double and 1 Queen) so will need to plan sleeping logistics accordingly. The roof top was great for cooking at home. A smaller grocery store is walking distance with a nice wine selection. The bigger one is a short drive. We walked into Rincón for dinner several nights in the week which was really nice on busy evenings. Day excursions are easy from this location too. Would highly suggest staying at this property.

Fantastic time
The townhouse is fantastic. We used the dipping pool everyday. The small beach just down the road was never crowded. The sand was sift and deep. The snorkeling gear provided by the host was used everyday along with the beach chairs and umbrella.
The host provides a book with suggested resturants. USE it!! We had a couple misses on the food end until we took their advice and then we had no troubles. The poke bowl at Farm to Table was to die for. one night we grilled burgers on the upper deck and enjoyed the "cooler" evening air.
As others have stated, the neighborhood roosters wake the world at 3am. One has a decent voice but another sounds like a heavy smoker with only one eye. He seems to not understand that crowing is for the rise of the sun. We laughed about him every morning.
