The home was lovely and we especially enjoyed the outdoor pool and ping pong table. We were disappointed that there was no hand soap in the bathrooms, no shampoo, dish soap or laundry soap. Having these necessities would have made our experience exceptional. We had to go out of our way to find and purchase these essentials. It was also a very steep walk to and from the beach which was challenging for our kids and my 77 year old mother. The home and property itself was lovely.

This is a lovely villa that is well-suited for a group. It is very spacious, has lots of beautiful outdoor space, the pool is a great asset, and the property is generally well-equipped. It is located a quiet, secluded area and is a quick drive from the Nice airport. I would be happy to stay here again.

Excellent trip. Florence (owner) was very very quick to respond and helped us with all manner of preparations before our arrival. Christian (manager) was also very quick to respond and excellent in the check in and check out process... The place is awesome and a great location just near enough to the town but just far enough away for privacy.

The Villa is in a great location. It was easy to get to Cannes city Center, Le Croisette, the Port, and beach. It was a 13-15 Euro Uber ride. The Villa has pros & cons. It is an old mill so it is unique and there are many different levels and stairs. The stairs to the upstairs rooms could be dangerous. The 2 upstairs bedrooms open up to a step down into the hall stairs. If you don’t pay attention you could fall down the stairs. I would not recommend the upstairs rooms for children or anyone that doesn’t have good balance. There is 6 bedrooms, but 1 of the rooms down stairs is so small with a futon bed and has no air conditioning. I traveled with 9 adult women and no one wanted to stay in that room. So I would say this is a 5 bedroom rental. The other bedrooms have air conditioning. There are 3 bathrooms in the main house and 1 in the guest house. However, there is only 3 showers, the one on the main floor is a bath tub with no shower. The lower level & guest house bathrooms are modern and large. The upstairs bathroom & shower is very small. There is plenty of glasses, dishes and appliances. There is plenty of amenities, but only 1 hairdryer. The towels were stiff and scratchy. However, I do know that many European properties air dry towels so they are stiff. Maybe the towels need fabric softener. Towels in the kitchen were stained. The outdoor area is pretty. The pool and deck is nice and good for swimming. There is internet inside the house, but we could not get internet outside at the table by the pool which is just steps from the living room. There is a detached guest house that is nice, but the 2 women that stayed in that room said there were spiders. It is surrounded by a lush yard on the lower level. The host was very good at responding to my questions. Overall, we had a great time on our vacation. The house fit our needs and we liked the close proximity to Cannes city center.

This property exceeded expectations! The house and grounds were extremely comfortable for our family of seven (4 adults and 3 children) and our large dog. The house was spacious and well appointed; and the separate room with private bath was perfect for our adult son and his girlfriend. Check in was a breeze; and the owner and caretakers were super responsive to our needs throughout the entire process (reservation, stay and check out). Shops, groceries, restaurants and beaches were within walking distance - most places just 20 minutes away on foot (do note that going 'home' takes longer as it is uphill). Another huge plus for us was on-premise parking for our larger-than-normal family van. And the pool and deck - lovely!!! We highly recommend this property for all it has on offer - lovely/unique living space (difficult to capture the full charm and uniqueness of the house and grounds in photos), location and helpful and responsive owner/staff. We would happily stay again.

The home is as charming as it looks in the photos! Well equipped with all your needs and room for all to enjoy together or quietly relax. Very Short ride to the croisette or 20 min walk. Check in/out was very convenient. We would stay in this lovely home again!

We were lucky enough to stay at the house for the weekend, and loved every second of it. Lovely decoration, beautifully maintained garden, and a large pool. Highly recommend for large groups!
