The hotel is really a smart hotel in every way. Beautiful usage of all corners and intelligently decorated too. The staff are the BEST, I actually liked the lady in the counter as she was very helpful, also i want to give 5 stars to Ravi, he made sure that I have food according to my taste, which is very rare to find now a days. The experience was very memorable. Will surely stay whenever I am in Tatanagar👏👏
Lift was not there but I had absolutely no problem. And yes a bit more cleaning should be done of the bathrooms, just wanted to add.
