Enjoy the open floor plan and impress your friends with your hidden talent in the classic game of bean bag toss or take in a roaring fire while creating new memories on your vacation. Outdoors: Start your day laying out on one of the poolside lounge chairs, and catch some rays. Have some fun in the sun with friends and family in the pool! The kids can take a refreshing splash into the pool from the water slide! When you've built an appetite, throw some burgers on the built-in natural gas barbecue, which features a mini-fridge. Savor your burger and dine al-fresco under the expansive covered patio. You'll be delighted with the amount of fun this backyard is filled with. Get some practice at the putting green and spark friendly competition on the classic game of Bean Bag Toss. Under the pergola, this home features fun table games such as a Ping-Pong table, Pool Table, and Shuffleboard table to ensure your vacation is anything but dull. Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM and 8 AM Friday and Saturday. Indoors: This vacation home opens to a large living room with a gourmet kitchen. There is plenty of room in the living room to lounge in front of a 55-inch Roku HD television and natural gas fireplace with comfort. Stay cool under the remote-controlled ceiling fan. Just next to the fireplace is a stunning decorative built-in wet bar complete with a sink and white countertop. The casual dining area features a dining table with seating for eight. The fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances, such as a side-by-side refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser. It offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal, including granite countertops and bar-height dining with seating for four. No spices, condiments, or oils are provided. Bedroom Descriptions: Master Suite 1 features a King-sized Bed, a Twin-sized Daybed with a Twin Trundle, a 47-inch HDTV, a switch-controlled ceiling fan, and a large walk-in closet with built-in shelves. Hallway Bathroom 4 is located at the end of the hallway and features a step-in tile shower and pedestal sink. The property, house, amenities, and location are great. The attentiveness of the management company was also good and they were responsive throughout the stay.

This was a wonderful house for 10 family members, 4 years to 74 years. Rooms for all 4 families, we never felt crowded. The backyard, as pictured, kept the kids so busy we rarely left the house. Good communication with the rental company, they promptly took care of a minor problem after checking in.

Location and neighborhood were great. Everyone in our group had ample amount of space and pool was nice being so hot out. Would book again.

I am happy with the stay. I would give it between a 4 and a 5 because there were three things I was a little frustrated with. Not huge things though. I would like locks on at least the two master bedroom doors. I understand the rooms with multiple beds having locks could be problematic. But being able to lock the two other rooms would be good. The other thing is some of the house supplies were a little short. Forks, spoons, cups. We probably should have brought some good plastic ware to solve that problem.
The last item, which is probably clear enough, is the pool heat included is not really included. 78 degrees is really not warm enough for my kids to play around in. I could be wrong and some people may be happy with 78 degrees. We'd prefer closer to 84 but lived with it at 81 for the extra cost.
With all that being said. When I had questions the management team helped me right away (figure out the hot tub features) The house was clean and comfortable and we hardly left the back yard. It was a lot of Fun. Thank you

House was exactly as pictured. Very nice amenities. Pool and spa were enjoyed by all. Inside was very clean but out side patio furniture required wiping down before using.
Recommend refurbishing the putting green asap. It was too worn for real enjoyment.
Too light bulbs required replacement but service was very prompt.
We would consider again for next year and would recommend it to others.

The property looks just like the photos. It is an excellent home to share with a large group. We had 9 people total, all extended family, and we felt comfortable in this size of a house. The games like ping pong and shuffleboard were fun, and the waterslide was a great surprise. The staff is extremely attentive via text message/phone. The tea kettle wasn't working and they dropped a new one off before I even had a chance to respond to their text!

We stayed at this house with 11 girls. All but 2 of us were able to sleep in our own bed! The house was beautiful and the pool and outdoor activities were perfect for the bachelorette party. My only complaint was the misters weren’t working. I would definitely stay here again.

We all had a great time at this house! We didn’t even have to leave the house it had it all! Can’t wait to come back with the kids next time. The property manager was also very easy to contact if needed.

This property is thumbs down for us.
Pool was dirty, patio was not clean, over all property is worn, misters don't work. We paid more for what we usually spend to stay in the desert because this property looked like everything we wanted and it looked so nice online, we were disappointed. Pictures posted don't match up with the property condition. No pride of ownership with this property.

The property has definitely been worn and torn throughout without proper care. The overall maintenance and cleanliness of the property are subpar. The last thing you want to do when arriving at your rental is to have to clean and spend most of your time addressing the issues with the management company.
POOL: Although we were able to skim the top surface, once inside the pool we noticed the bottom was filthy. When alerted, property management sent a pool technician that afternoon to clean the pool and treat the water, taking time away from our use.
OUTDOOR AMENITIES: The furniture in the backyard was dirty and stained. The property manager sent personnel hours later to attempt to clean up the backyard (something that should've been taken care of prior to our arrival, especially since we were offered early check in for an additional price). It's unacceptable to expect my guests to pick up their belongings in order to have the back yard cleaned during our stay.
The outdoor games (pool table, ping pong table) are deteriorated. The pool table felt had several tears and the pool table sits on a slant which causes all of the balls that are shot to end up rolling towards the slanted side of the pool table. The outdoor lighting over the game area was not functional. A handy man was sent out the following day to correct the issue. It took the handyman approx. an hour and a half to fix the lights.
BEDROOM: The bedroom adjacent to the laundry room had a noticeably broken hinge/bed frame. Property management sent a handyman to repair it twice during our stay. The post commits to Rent Responsibly standards and claims to follow best-in-class guidelines to ensure a "peaceful, safe, and memorable '' stay. During our stay, there was a total of 5 staff members rotating in and out of the house to service and maintain what should be routine on any home. I spent a significant amount of time communicating with the property management personnel to coordinate and organize the maintenance and service defective furnishings. The property management team is reactive in their business practice. There doesn't seem to be any effort to inspect and meet a best-in class experience. The constant disruption and rotating service team members distracted from our stay, privacy, peace, and relaxation. Our stay at this property did not live up to prior reviews and definitely did not meet our expectations. The house is spacious with basic necessities in the kitchen and bedrooms.

The TV in the family room did not work according to instructions. The oven, for whatever reason, took forever to reach temperature. Some of the showers took a while to heat up. The AC vent in the family room was noisy. We also noticed several sprinkler heads that were broken in the back yard.

You cannot beat the weather
House was in an upscale and safe neighborhood with gated access. A lot of care and planning went into this development, and the backyard setup is perfect for hanging out on hot and sunny days. Pool and spa were clean with perfect temperature, and Vacay was attentive when we had a minor issue with the dryer. Only complaints were not enough hangers and some tired ping pong paddles/balls (we bought new ones at Target and left them there for the next renters).

Spacious and clean with incredible amenities
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home. The house more than comfortably fit 8 adults (with beds to spare!), was well-equipped, and had more amenities than we had time to use (including mini golf, pool table, and more)! We all raved about how comfortable the beds were. Management was also responsive to any needs that we had. In sum, the property was perfect for the occasion. We hope to visit again in the future.
