Nestled in Sutton, this lovely house for $312 per night is a great option for your next trip. Recently updated waterfront property, private Dock, and outdoor shower located right on beautiful, quiet Blaisdell Lake in the Sunapee region. 10 min from Mount and Lake Sunapee. Excellent location for swimming, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, and hiking in summer and skiing, ice fishing, and snowmobiling in winter. Mount Sunapee and Pat's Peak are both within 10-15 mins away, where there is great Skiing in the winter. Golf at Country Club of New Hampshire 5 miles away **MULTIPLE WEEKLY RENTALS ARE NEGOTIABLE AND DISCOUNTED.

We loved our stay at the lake house. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We appreciated having the dock, the kayaks and paddle boards. The lake was fairly quiet and the loons were marvelous to listen to. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy each other's company.

We enjoyed the house very much, and would definitely stay again! Loved the paddle boards, dock (really needs a safe way for people to get in and out of shallow water though.That would be awesome.) The laundry washing machine is awesome, and fits a lot!! There are plenty of paddles for everything.
There were some things around behind nightstands and under beds, water bottles, 2 pills, laundry left in dryer, but clean otherwise. There was a huge beehive on the front of the house, which the owners took care of right away.
We definitely did not want to leave!!

Nice NH getaway
Our family grew up in NH and we were able to all connect from various locations on the lake we used to visit when we were kids. A wonderful stay!

Summer vacation
This our third year at this rental home. Once again the home was clean upon arrival and well stocked with bedding , kitchen supplies and watercraft. My adult kids all enjoy the home and the lake. It gives them a chance to relax, fish, read, ride bikes around the area and rejuvenate their spirits. Thanks Ty for the use of your home.

Ski weekend get-away
We were looking for a place to stay for a long ski weekend over the New Years Holiday. This house was perfect- less than a 15 minute drive to Mount Sunapee and about 1 hour from multiple other resorts!
The back of the home overlooked a beautiful lake - even in the winter it was breathtaking watching the ice fishermen and others racing snow-mobiles across the lake. We can only imagine the rest of the seasons are equally magical.
The owners were extremely helpful answering e-mails in record time and were accommodating when we asked for an additional hour to check out so we could ski one more time.
There were 4 "winter" sleeping areas (2 rooms had a bunk bed or 2 single beds) so everyone had their own room. We were happy for the open kitchen and family area. We brought our own family games - although there were a few "older" board games at the house.
The house was cozy and the heat worked very well. We experienced a snow storm one night- the next day the owners had a plow come by and "dig" us out!
Would definitely return for another winter get-away!

Overall we found the house comfortable and clean during our stay. We were disappointed to find out just prior to checking in that we couldn't drink the tap water. I think this should be stated clearly on the website.
It would also be much more convenient if laundry were added, especially since we had 4 small children and a very wet ski day.
The last comment I have is that it would have been nice if the owner had someone salt or sand the drive and road during our stay. We had an ice storm and it was extremely slippery. Once I called to notify the owner they responded quickly.

Wonderful
My family had a great week on Blaisdell Lake while staying in this rental home. The house was spacious, very clean, and on the lake. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and the appliances were clean and updated. The lake was clear and the boating options were wonderful. My family consists of seven adults and there were beds for all of us. The one full bath was adequate due to the powder room on the first floor. Tile floors throughout the first floor and wood floors throughout the second floor made for a quick east cleanup on check out day. Thank you renting us a wonderful summer home.

Loved our stay at this house, it had just enough room and was on a beautiful private little lake which for the weekend we were there it wasn't overly busy.

Great lake house with a little bit of everything
Our experience at the lake house was wonderful. It's really right on the water with its own private dock, and being able to take the canoes and kayaks and paddle boards out was a real treat. House was well-maintained and very clean when we arrived. Neighbors are closer than expected, but we had no issues. The lake takes about 40m to leisurely lap in a kayak or paddleboard, and is stunning in the morning or night with its blanket of fog. Had a great time!

Felt like home
Our family loved our lake vacation ! The house was clean and comfortable for everyone. The boys enjoyed the kayaks and everyone fished everyday. Restaurants around the area were all good and worth the visit. The owner was accommodating and easy to reach. We hope to return next year.

My family had a wonderful time at this lake front home.It was spacious and there was plenty of room for everyone.The owner Thy is a very nice person and easy to deal with.I would highly recommend this home as it has everything you need in a lakefront home.The weather was great and there were plenty of Kayak's,Canoes and Paddle Boards for everyone.I plan on staying here again next year.

Great Lake House!
Had a great time! Owner was easy to communicate with, quick to respond, and flexible with our stay! House and property was in great shape, clean, and well kept. Kayaks, canoe, and paddle boards were available for use, and made exploring the lake easy! We had an excellent stay and hope to return back again soon!

Perfect summertime vacation venue
The house was ideal for us! It was clean, functional, and roomy. And of course, most importantly, the view of the lake was incredible. So much fun using the kayaks, canoe, and stand up paddleboards.
The owner was quick to respond when I had questions or concerns. She was pleasant to deal with and made sure the house was stocked with the basics.
I would highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing, lakefront location. We will be back again!

The house was impeccable condition. The views are amazing. The lake is beautiful, water was crystal clear. Extremely relaxing and so many amenities.
Thy was also incredible to deal with. I would recommend to all my friends and family. Couldn't have asked for a better vacation. My family and I had a blast. We hope to go again next year!

Excellent Lake House Rental@
This lake house is everything we dreamed of! The hosts were lovely and receptive. The rooms were immaculate and good smelling! We were 7 people including 2 adults, 4 kids (7-12) and a senior and were extremely comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed and then some. And the kayaks and life jackets and bbq meant we actually never had leave (other than go shopping for food). The lake is right on the property and a few steps from the house. It was super quiet and at 7 in the morning the mist together with the loons made it seem like a little bit of heaven. I highly recommend this place! Its also fairly central with Lake Sunapee and lots of attractions only 10 minutes away, New London fairly close as well and even the White Mountains were doable!
