Excelente y comodisima

La tranquilidad y la naturaleza qué hay ahí es increíble, Patrick es un buen anfitrión, nos sentimos muy cómodos. La villa es privada y puedes disfrutar de la compañía de tu acompañante.

El camino es incómodo, es recomendable que vaya en un vehículo 4x4 y al paso por los hoyos qué hay.

Un lugar encantador

Las vistas desde la casa hacia el paisaje de Río San Juan son dignas de enmarcar en un cuadro. La casa está en muy buen estado, es acogedora y todo funciona bien. La seguridad y tranquilidad en el conjunto también es otro factor bueno a resaltar. Luego de eso Río San Juan es una joya para descubrir y disfrutar!

De noche salen muchos insectos atraídos por la luz, estar en la galería es un poco problemático con las luces encendidas pero solamente con apagarlas todo se soluciona y se puede disfrutar de un hermoso cielo estrellado.

Im sorry to said this because Patrick was a great host but it does need an air conditioner a least in the bedroom

Highly recommended.

Peaceful location managed by excellent host. Fantastic balance between hilly area and ocean views. All required for perfect stay is there. Well arranged kitchen facilities. Extremely good bed. Hot water. In fact all details are there where are needed.

Definitely recommend this place! Cozy house, equipped with everything you need, even a kitchen. The bed is comfortable. The house is perfectly clean. There is hot water in the shower. And the views of the mountains and the sea are just gorgeous. The owner is very friendly, check in was fast. I recommend staying for a few days, there are many good beaches. This house exceeded all our expectations.

Amazing!!!

The apartment was very clean, the host was very hospitable, and the view was breathtaking. I would definitely come to stay again!! Everything was beyond what I expected. You won't regret staying here at all!!

This is a beautiful property for when in Rio San Juan. With both Mountain and Sea views. My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you Patrick. We hope to be back soon.

Beautiful and remote location. Great service.

The service was excellent and the property and the location beautiful. Its a remote little cottage on a hill which was peaceful. However it was difficult to get to and without a car the cost of services piled up a lot. Pack well and go here to enjoy nature and get away from everything.

Beautiful small villa, great location.

Great location on a hill above Rio San Juan (a city with beautiful beaches). The main bedroom is nice. Owner was very friendly.

There was a problem with water, a pipeline was defect, but the owner called a company that repaired it immediately.

Wonderful accomodation with the best views

It's such an amazing refuge with the most beautiful view over the hills and the ocean. The whole apartment is very well furnished and equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed. Patric is such an accomodating host. We even had a little mini bar with lots of beverages already in the fridge (I can recommend the wine!). We loved the bedroom and that it comes with two bathrooms. All in all, such good value for money for the house with the vista linda!

A lot of windows don't have glass (which we liked! They all have window blinds and mosquito nets though), but this makes the room obviously not very soundproof. We were a bit unlucky as we had VERY noisy neighbors that destroyed the otherwise very tranquil atmosphere. In my opinion, it's still worth a visit, even with noisy neighbors - and they're probably gone by now! ;)

Breathtaking and a truly relaxing, perfectly located in the middle of all the best things to do in the north of the isla

There are not enough good things to say about this absolute gem. The pictures don’t do justice, the magnificent views from the entire house include the Caribbean sea, rolling hills with cattle and the sunset right in front of you, starry night and even got a rainbow in the morning. Fully equipped with everything you need and very comfortable king bed. the host is very accommodating and we can’t wait to go again.

Absolutely incredible stay! Will definitely be back!

This is an amazing location in the beautiful mountains close to Rio San Juan. You feel you are in a different climate in the mountains! The hosts were so nice and breakfast was delicious!

A beautiful mountainside stay at an amazing price!

The villa itself is quaint and beautiful. It comes equipped with everything you need to survive a couple of days up in the mountains. The views are absolutely sublime. Unfortunately we got there past sunset but the sunrise was everything we wanted. Around the villa is quiet and peaceful with the host and neighbors not too far away in case of emergency. We skipped on breakfast because we wanted to head to the beach which is only 10 minutes away but from description it would have been a traditional French breakfast which sounded amazing! For what you are getting, you cannot beat the price!

The main road to the villa is steep and in some areas so make sure to have a capable car. The entryway to the villa is unpaved as well so take note (I’m this will change in the coming months). The security guard to the compound will not open the gate for you, don’t take offense he just means business. The gate is fairly simple to operate yourself.

The owner is very nice and the place very clean and quite . The owner contact you personally and I’d always on top of e espinita you get there and also when you are there .

They don’t have a pool however the beach are 1 kilometer from the place
