Location, size, 2bathrooms. Good facilities and hot water. Plenty of eateries nearby

Just a little tired. A broken blind, plug not working well in ensuite sink and leaky doors on shower. Not a complaint and didnt affect my stay. Just an observation.

Beautiful views. Perfect location. Friendly owners. Couldn't ask for more!

Clear instructions

Perfect location overlooking the harbour. Beautiful sunrises from the lounge. Bedrooms were quiet. Kitchen well equipped.

The access steps were very narrow with lots of potential to bang your head when climbing up with a suitcase.

It was ok, but I did not understand that the key code was for key-box, So Nigel had to come and show me Doh! The kitchen was fully furnished so was impressed. Getting a carpark was difficult, had to fine near by everyday. There was a carpark nearby, which was free from 4pm to 9am so good and all day park fees were under £6 - not bad at all.

The floors were creaking, baths, the Patio doors were a bit hard to close, d/washer front cabinet door broken. Floors need re-staining so make it towards the Luxury. Bathrooms were a bit small and the fans did not work properly. The front half-door can a bit danger as may get your fingers caught - need to take care. Lots of lights switches but not labelled - that would be great

The layout of the accommodation with having the living space upstairs, made the amazing view of harbour and St Michael’s mount more special!

The DVD player did not work. The Dishwasher did not work. The sofa has a unclean smell to them, dogs or Old body odour. Parking is so difficult, the local pay and display get filled up quickly.

Location was great, easy access to train buses and walkable to shops and restaurants

Not always easy to park especially when unloading luggage
