The apartment could look more fresh (it was clean but a bit worn, especially the bathroom), the entrance to the building is a quite uninviting.

Lokatie is op nog geen 10 min lopen van het centrum en boulevard.
Er was schoon beddengoed opgedekt
Veel kevertjes en motjes in de kamer.
Matras beschermer zat onder haren en vuil.
Muziek van terassen tot 22.00
Verkeers overlast door de nacht.

For us, this apartment worked well as a one-night stop in Porto. The location was the main reason we chose it, and in that respect it was great. We could easily walk to Ribeira, spend the evening exploring Porto and continue our journey the next morning.
The view towards the Douro from the windows is lovely, especially in the morning when you can watch the city waking up and people running along the waterfront. The apartment was generally clean, the air conditioning worked well, and although the kitchen is extremely small, that wasn’t an issue for such a short stay.
Communication was very good too. We had clear instructions for self check-in, and when we had a problem with the door lock, the person helping us online responded very quickly and was genuinely helpful.
Overall, it did what we needed very well: a convenient place for a short stay, with a great location close to Ribeira and a lovely view of the Douro.
The apartment itself feels a little tired and could definitely benefit from some cosmetic attention. The sofas in particular looked quite worn and stained.
The biggest issue for us was one of the beds. The other bed was fine, but this one creaked incredibly loudly with even the slightest movement, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably.
For one night these things were manageable, but for a longer stay I would personally want somewhere a little more comfortable and better maintained.

The location was excellent, with a beautiful view over the Douro River. The manager, Miguel, was very kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay.
One point I would like to mention is a health and safety concern regarding access to the double bedroom. To reach the bedroom, one must climb a staircase. If someone gets out of the right side of the bed while sleepy or disoriented, there may be a risk of falling down the stairs. I would suggest installing a stair rail or protective barrier for extra safety.
Although the accommodation had enough beds for five people, the space felt quite closed and it was almost impossible to have any real privacy. Some of the pillow covers were ripped, there was not enough toilet paper provided for five guests, and there was also an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drainage.
