L emplacement, la vue, la clim
Télécommande de la clim n'avait plus de piles, on a dû prendre celle de la télécommande de la télé.

Ubicación excelente, el centro histórico a menos de 12 min a pie. Excelentes vistas al Duero y a las bodegas de Gaia. Barrio antiguo, con toda su historia rezumando de los edificios antiguos, aunque haya alguien a quien esto no guste, a nosotros nos encantó el ambiente de la zona. El histórico tranvía de Porto pasa por delante del apto, otro aliciente. El anfitrión (todo online) muy amable, atento y rápido resolviendo dudas
Algunos pequeños detalles, como el bote sifónico "movible", limpieza de algunos elementos, etc

La ubicación , el apartamento solo tiene una mano de pintura y un cuarto de baño nuevo, una mesa mini y una cocina mini, si solo vas a descansar ,vale ,pero lo mejor es la ubicación
Se pueden arreglar las casa viejas con más gusto y mejor detalle
