Die Lage ist ganz hervorragend, gleich mit einem Parkhaus um die Ecke und einem fantastischen Aussichtspunkt auf den Fluss mit einigen Bars. Von der Wohnung aus ist alles fußläufig bequem zu erreichen. Das alte Gebäude zeigt seinen Charme im der Fassade und den alten Fenstern,, die Wohnungen wurden hingehen modern renoviert. Die Dachterrasse ist ein Highlight für das Glas Wein an Abend.
Die Raumaufteilung mit denn zweiten Bett in der Schlafnische auf dem Weg zur Dachterrasse ist ein architektonischer Hingucker, zweifelsfrei. Aber ohne Ventilator ist es zu sich.
Die Küche sollte mit noch mehr Utensilien und Werkzeugen ausgestattet sein.

Posizione centralissima, c’è tutto l’occorrente per 4 persone, materassi comodi e terrazza molto bella! La proprietaria è stata gentile e disponibile.
Manca un po’ di manutenzione generale: la serratura della porta del bagno era rotta, la ringhiera per scendere dalla terrazza un po’ instabile e nella seconda camera sul soppalco non passa molta aria.
