THe location was great.

The home was filthy. The shower curtain was mouldy and there was soap scum all over the shower. There was dust everywhere. When I mentioned it to the owner his response was, "its Kalgoorlie, its dusty". We went and stayed at Quest Yelverton and they had no dust. We couldnt use the outside area for a BBQ even if we wanted to as it was not cleaned. The laundry had dirt swept into the corner. We went to wipe down the kitchen bench but the cloth that was left for us was dirty. We tried to find another cloth under the sink but there wasnt one. The owner accused us of looking for dirt and was abusive saying I was rude and stupid. Once we saw the lack of cleanliness we then checked the bedding. The sheets did not look and feel like they had been washed. The pillows need to be replaced as they are stained with body fluids. I had elderly ladies staying with me. There was a cord that ran across the walkway from a power point to the fridge. It was concerning as this is a major walkway with a trip hazard. The house looked great in the photos but I am assuming they are old photos. Sadly in need of a decent clean and an upgrade.

Lovely pictures and antiques and antiquities. Gorgeous mosaics. Spacious public areas. Huge games room. Plenty of hot water. Large fridge. Massive TV. Close to Boulder Town.

Photographs were misleading. Needs a good professional clean. Some rugs, bedding and curtains need replacing...including shower curtain. Back area needs a thorough spring clean...We couldn't use the outdoor area.

Quirky place however well appointed. Locked parking at rear great, except date padlock can be difficult to lock from outside.

Asked if I had room to back my 8 Tonne truck in the driveway, when arrived there was not enough room, so could not sleep at the property. Had to camp in my truck for the night at a truck stop. Went back early the next morning to shower and use the bathroom, the owner had taken the keys.

House was huge with a large fully equipped kitchen 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms big games room with pool table, poker table and bar the location is good with a short drive to Kalgoorlie an close to the superpit can fit up to 3 maybe 4 cars in the locked gate out the back for security also a nice outdoor area. There isn't much to do in Boulder or Kalgoorlie we were there visiting family so the games room was a nice hang out spot an the house has lots to look at.

The only negative thing is the whole house was very dusty including the curtains they need a good wash other than that we enjoyed it.

Broken shower head, hand railing on stairs taped on, door with no handle to basement bedroom, water damage, termite damage, leads taped across flooring no railing on basement steps. wifi would have made a significant difference.
