Welcome to Shorehom by the Sea #48 - a direct oceanfront corner condo on no-drive New Smyrna Beach! The large, 4th floor oceanfront balcony is the perfect place to watch the sun rise with your morning coffee or unwind after a day at the beach with a cocktail. Step inside to find the vacation home has been fully renovated and recently updated with all new furniture and professional decor.
All of our condos come standard with the Florida Vacay Rentals amenities that you've come to know and love:

For your convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are provided in the condo, along with a starter kit of essentials: Laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, paper towel, packaged kitchen sponge, trash bags, and hand soap. These items are provided in a limited quantity to get you started on your Vacay. We do not replenish or restock starter kit items after the quantity provided has been used.

The intracostal waterway, Mosquito Lagoon, offers some of the best Red Fishing in Florida and we can help connect you with the most outstandingly friendly and knowledgeable guides in town. Ponce Inlet, just a couple minutes North, is one of Florida's destination surf locations as well; throwing both left and right, decently sized swells.
Explore nearby Canaveral National Seashore Park (just 4 miles away), day-trip to Orlando's many theme parks, take in a NASCAR race or the Speedway museum in Daytona Beach, go deep-sea or surf fishing, shop the boutiques in historic New Smyrna Beach, or play golf at the excellent nearby courses: LPGA, New Smyrna Beach Municipal (Donald Ross), Sugar Mill (Robert Trent Jones) and Walkabout (Perry Dye).

Beautiful condo. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. From the fourth floor balcony we watched beautiful sunrises, watched dolphins swim by and bunnies play in the sand dunes.

Stayed for a week. My girlfriends daughter became attached to a neighbors small dog. The day that we were leaving her daughter was spending a moment with the dog in her arms within the apartment. The dog barked when the cleaning lady came in. As a result of a fes moment visit I was charged an additional, very expensive amount for a pet fee. I explained the situation to the management company a week ago and have yet to hear back. Fortunately it was paid by Amex and I will contest the chatges.
