Localisation parfaite, nous avons eu une meilleure chambre sans demander.
Thé et café gratuit à tout moment !
Le minibar dans la chambre est plein et les boissons ne sont pas chères.
Couple tres arrangeant qui nous a permis de laisser nos sacs dans un lieu sécurisée après check out pour notre bus de 21h.
Ils nous ont proposer de se doucher également. Lorsque nous étions la, ils ont fait un grand nettoyage des autres chambres en sortant les matelas dehors au soleil et en nettoyant de fond en comble.

The rooms were clean with a very comfortable bed - good air conditioning and a fan! The best part of the stay was the family running Vu’s homestay. They are the most friendly and generous people - offering us free bikes to use whenever to explore, free early check in as we arrived at 4am from our sleeper bus, even allowed us to shower after we had checked out and finally drove us to Dong Hoi train station (45 min drive) to get our sleeper train! Lovely family and great accommodation - would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Vu’s! The family running the home stay is so lovely and accommodating, very quick to help with anything you need. They allowed us early check in and late check out free of charge since the room was available. Room was huge, big bathroom, comfortable beds, I would most definitely recommend anyone to stay here
The room doesn’t ventilate very well on its own so if it’s humid weather you need to leave the door/windows open to help get rid of any moisture in the room. Not a negative, just something to note.

Très joli Homestay, chambre grande, propre et très agréable. La salle de bain est très originale. Espace extérieur magnifique. Excellent emplacement sur la rue principale de Phong Nha, avec plusieurs restaurants et commerces à côté.
Nous avons réservé un tour via le Homestay et c’était super.
Pret de vélo en attendant notre bus le jour du départ.

Clean rooms with a nice designer touch and a balcony upfront. Also a nice garden pool. Great value for money and the staff was great! We arrived at 2:30 am and could immediately check in onto our room, which was great to get some much needed rest. Anna also helped us a lot with sorting out our visits to the caves and our transport to the next destination. Also, our 4 year old daughter had a lovely time with her cute twin daughters. Very much recommended, we will be back if we can!

The staff were so incredibly friendly and couldn’t have been more hospitable. They got our laundry done within the day after giving a fairly large bundle after 5 pm. So kind to offer iced tea on arrival and in mornings.
Pool was spotless and the billiard / bar room was upstairs and open plan was very cool

Amazing place! You should stay there and see it for yourself! Rooms are amazing! Anna - the host, was so helpful. She will book any cave tour for you, or book any sleeper bus to all destinations (Hanoi,Halong,Sapa etc.), motorbikes. Location- great! 200 m from one of the popular caves. We got bus at late evening and she let us stay in one room after checkout. Swimingpool,loundry, billiard! We spend such a great time in Vu's homestay. It was the best place,where we stayed in Vietnam ❤️

Exceptional homestay in Phong Nha. Our hosts went above and beyond to accommodate us arriving one night early. They were always around to assist us with activity booking, laundry services, local recommendations and bus accommodations which picked us up right from the homestay. Everyday we were greeted with tea or coffee, which was a sweet gesture. The pool table upstairs and pool made it easy to meet other travelers. The rooms were spacious and clean. Our hosts even allowed us to stay in our room beyond check out while we waited for our night bus to come and pick us up. We were especially taken back by our host asking us for feedback on the experience as you could tell she wanted to ensure a positive stay for future guests. Overall, it was an incredible experience and our favourite homestay/hotel we stayed in during our three week trip in Vietnam. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

So lovely and sweet! You can quickly tell it's a family business, everyone is always friendly and helpful! Our hosts went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and we felt very well taken care of.
They provided laundry services, morning coffees and great taxi deals!

Vu's Homestay is centrally located in the main street of Phong Nha. The room was large and airy and the bed very comfortable. Perfect for a one night stay or even longer.
The disco/ karaoke next door was noisy until about midnight.
I didnt see any staff when i came back from dinner and left early next morning so dixnt pay for the nights accomodation.paid later by transfer but felt bad about that. Owners were very forgiving.

vu and her husband were so helpful and always went above and beyond, offering free tea and coffee whenever we spoke. Room was massive, clean and comfortable with a great shower and mini bar. Best value place we’ve stayed in 3 months of travel.
It was fairly quiet and didn’t meet anyone there but I believe it’s the off season. More people should stay here regardless as there is a massive common area with a pool table and foosball

Great location so close to bars, restaurants, tour offices, shops etc. Was able to check in early after our sleeper bus arrived at 3am which was so helpful. Hosts were so friendly and welcoming, helped us to decide what cave tour we’d like to go on and explained them.
Nice area to chill and play pool. Room was spacious and clean.
Wasn’t much seating area around the pool and was quite shaded, didn’t seem like it was clean but this could be due to the bad weather we had some days!

The people there were so kind. They ask if we want to have some tea so often and helped organizing everything. We were even allowed to leave our things there before our two day Treck and use the pool and shower after our Treck. They are nice restaurants for breakfast just across the street. Everything was more than perfect and we would come any time again.

Amazing place to stay. Room was very spacious and comfortable and the facilities were excellent (pool, pool table etc). Hosts were very accommodating and let us check out late for our overnight bus. The complementary lemon tea was also delicious. Would highly recommend!

This is the best place in Phong Nha😊 If you think is very beautiful that you right it is, but If you see the boss Anna it will be dumbfounded😁 its very nice kind and of course beautiful woman with amazing smile😸 she care about everything so you ask her and she help you😊 i definitely back here because is beautiful place if you want to rest and amazing area to sightseeing😸 The breakfast that she was preparing was amazing😊 thank you Anna for everything and wish you all the best😺

It was so nice having shade for the pool in the hot afternoon to help cool down after a morning of exploring. We stayed in “Alice” right by the pool. The room was spacious. The indoor/outdoor shower was interesting but fun! Great location. Free coffee and tea all day. They were able to give us a kettle for the room since my spouse is up at 5am to go running and likes to have coffee before that. Would highly recommend.

Offered variety of free drinks throughout and provided much help for transport.
Near the Green bamboo cafe which is a great place for food and meeting other travellers. Useful as many businesses in Phong nha are not fully open yet.
I didn't realize booked a room in the older block

Friendly and very nice place to stay. I arrived at 5:00 am and could get in the room early. After the bus to Hoi An didn’t show up, the hostess helped to arrange alternative transport.

The hostess was extremely friendly and willing to make our stay as comfy as possible and even offered to make us breakfast and coffee at 6.00am on the day of our departure! There was lemon tea available all the time. There was also a laundry and dry service available which was very convenient.

the owners were very nice and accommodating, the location was right in the centre but it was a quiet property with the rooms up the back by the pool so it felt like you were away from the hustle and bustle. the bed was comfy and we loved the pool
there was a couple things that weren’t spotlessly clean, but nothing major and nothing that disturbed us. there was no chef available to provide the breakfast, but we were given a discount instead. we found a lot of restaurants closed still across phong nha which isn’t their fault

It was a great family-feel and the staff were very generous in their advice and help. The two dogs were also a welcome addition to a great space!
There isn't really too much I would change, perhaps some small food options in the fridge (i.e. nuts, chocolate). Other than that I wouldn't change a whole lot!
