About this house rental
Enjoy the Jersey Shore at our beach house in family friendly Ortley Beach (right hand unit only)! Built in June 2019, our house is located on a beach block and walking distance to restaurants, shopping, boardwalks and activities!
(If you would like a Water FRONT house on the bay side to rent, inquire about our new construction 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom water front Sunset Drive North house. The last few pics are of our bay house.

There are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, and a bunk bed room plus a bonus loft room on the 3rd floor - The Master Bedroom has a KING bed, 3 rooms have Queen beds, and the 5th room has 2 bunk beds (twin over full). 3 of the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. The loft room and the bunk bed room are on the 3rd floor.
There are 3 full bathrooms (2 showers, 1 tub), 1 half bath, and 1 outdoor shower. Hairdryer is provided in each bathroom.
The kitchen is fully stocked and has a toaster oven, rice cooker, slow cooker, Black & Decker coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, blenders, ice maker
The laundry room has an iron, steamer, small ironing board, detergent and dryer sheets.
Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach wagons, beach toys are provided.
Both the indoor and outdoor dining tables fit 10 each. 2 car garage + driveway, 10 beach passes (12 and under are free)
**Bring your own bedding and towels or use local linen service - https://thelaundryhelper.com is the rental service we recommend. Duvets + duvet covers, quilts, and 4 pillows per double bed, 1 pillow per twin bed are provided.

We had a fabulous girls trip and Marc was a great host - he frequently messaged to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was gorgeous and clean. The location is perfect for quick access to the beach, boardwalk, and traveling north to other fun locations like Point Pleasant. Will definitely book this house again in the future!

We had a great time at Marc and Melinda's unit! This is the perfect spot for friends and family. The space was great and had everything we needed. The location is so close to the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Marc made it super easy to communicate. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Check in was really easy. Marc was helpful and was easy to communicate with. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We had 11 people stay and it didn’t feel overcrowded. Everything we needed for the beach was also available to use at the house - which made the stay sooo much easier. Great location! The beach was a block away and there were multiple places to grab food within a few blocks. Five kids 8-13 years of age had no problem with the walk to the boardwalk. I would absolutely stay again.

Our family had an amazing week at Marc's house. Location is beach block and just a few minutes walk to the beach. Tons of beach chairs/umbrellas/games so you can pack light. So much to do within walking distance we only got in the car a few times during the week. We would definitely be up for coming back in the future.
