The location was excellent, and the hotel offered great value for money. It was very convenient for getting around the city.
The restaurant kitchen located on the ground floor was quite noisy during operating hours. However, once the restaurant closed in the evening, the area became quiet and peaceful.
Unfortunately, during one night of our stay, there was a party taking place nearby, and the noise carried directly into our room, making it difficult to sleep.
There was no explanation provided during check-in, and there was no staff at the reception desk. It turned out that the staff were located on another floor, which was confusing at first.
Guests also need to request a hair dryer from the staff. While I understand this may help prevent theft, it would be helpful to have clearer information available or staff more easily accessible for communication.
There was also no trash bin in the room, which was a bit inconvenient.
In addition, the hot water ran out quite quickly. It may have been due to timing, but it was still much faster than expected.
One small personal note: if the wallpaper had been a lighter color (such as white), I would probably have given an even higher rating. 😊

Offers excellent value for money as it is right by the river with an easy walk to the port houses. Basic and clean accommodation.
Hairdryer, towels, linen and mini shampoo and shower gel provided.
Beds comfortable.
Food in attached restaurant was simple but good.
Check in process needs improving
Only 1 pillow per person
Smell of drains some days
No hangers!!

Perfect location. Very large room. 60 steps to room with view but this helped us get ready for Camino. Plenty of other rooms on second and third floors as well. Right next to St Nicholas church and across street from St Francis and the Palace of Bolsa

The accommodation is in the middle of everything which is a big plus. On the other hand, it also means a noise nonstop. It is not a place to have a peaceful sleep. On top of that. Our neighbours were unreasonably loud, talking loudly in the middle of the night, as well as early in the morning.
After informing the hotel through WhatsApp and booking message. We didn't even receive an answer. I guess they couldn't be bothered by their guests. It's a shame because the place would be quite nice.
