Other Things to Note: Please message our team and speak with the Home Manager before booking. Mandatory additional terms may apply depending on your booking platform. Credit card processing fee may be required post-booking. In case of cancellation, the stated booking cancellation policy applies. The 'Reservation fee' is our non-refundable credit card processing fee. To maintain property and neighborhood harmony, we have important rules. Please read carefully. 1) No parties, visitors, or unapproved guests. Submit all guest names before booking. Government ID may be requested from the person who booked. A guest is anyone who will spend any amount of time at the property. Our strict guest policy ensures neighborhood peace and legal compliance. Exceeding capacity risks our permit, we may ask you to leave. 2) No pets allowed except for service animals as required by law. 3) No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or similar (outside and indoors). Our state-of-the-art smoke detectors notify the fire department - $500 fee for false alarms or rule violations. City Code Section 41.50 B 18 b | High Brush Fire Zone | Prevent Wildfires | It’s the LAW. 4) Do not send mail to property before or after your reservation dates. If needed, send it to our office; we'll deliver to the property on your arrival day. We're not responsible for lost mail. 5) Quiet hours: 10:00pm to 8:00am to ensure peaceful atmosphere for all guests and neighbors. Property is located on Pacific Coast Highway. Guests are subject to hearing potential road noise and/or waves crashing. 7) Day of Arrival: Let us know if you prefer self-check-in or a personal tour. Only the guest who booked can check in and must show their ID for security. 8) Check-In/Out Info & Requests: • Check-in: 4:00pm - 6:00pm, $50/hr before 4:00pm or after 6:00pm. Early check-in before 12:00pm incurs a full day fee. • Check-out: 10:00am, $50/hr after 10:00am. Late check-out after 12:00pm incurs a full day fee. • For early/late check-in or late check-out, notify us a day in advance in writing. Approval depends on various factors beyond our control, e.g., property condition, maintenance, staff availability, and unforeseen issues. We'll try to accommodate your request, but approval IS NOT GUARANTEED. Please inform us promptly of your request. 9) When you are departing the property, please make sure that you do not leave anything behind. Our team is not responsible for Lost or Stolen Items. If our team finds a lost item, we will ship it back to the guest. The guest will be responsible for paying the shipping cost plus a $50 service fee. 10) Pre Stocking: We have a list of pre-stocking options that guests are able to choose from. Pre-stock requests typically require at least one week advance notice. There will be a $150 service charge or 20% service charge (whichever one is greater) for all pre-stocking requests. 11) Hot tub: Never leave children unsupervised; no lifeguard on duty. No glassware; $1000 fee if glass is found. Use provided plasticware for safety. If kitchen lacks plasticware, please inform us. Please don't dispose of plasticware; wash and store them. 12) Parking is limited 1 - 2 cars only. Cleanliness: We take our cleaning seriously. You can trust that our homes are thoroughly deep cleaned between guest visits. All of our homes have white hotel-style linens, white towels, toiletries for our guests, and well stocked kitchens with high-end appliances. Amid COVID-19, our cleaning intensified: surfaces wiped with hot water and disinfectants. All towels and linens washed, regardless of appearance; many hotels don't. Door handles and high-touch spots get extra care. Staff wears masks, gloves, and shoe coverings. Our exceptional cleaning surpasses CDC standards. We are a professional vacation rental hospitality management company. We maintain high hospitality standards with an in-house team of designers, concierge, hosts, maintenance personnel, and stylists. We are ranked #1 in California and #4 in the country. Travel can be stressful, especially when you book without seeing the home beforehand. We eliminate that stress.
