The host, Litsa, and her husband gave us directions to the property and made sure there was a parking space so that we could easily take our luggage to the property. They are very nice, genuine people and also helped us carry our bags and explained everything about the property. There was water and a bottle of wine in the fridge, together with milk, coffee and tea, and some other small items, as well as sufficient plates and utensils. The property is a lot more spacious than it seemed from the photos - I'm 6'2" and had no problem at all with the bed or shower. It was clean, the furniture was comfortable, and the bed was also comfy. We also appreciated the very good AC unit as well as the mosquito screens over the windows. We had worried that there wouldn't be enough natural light, but the accommodation was surprisingly bright when we left the kitchen shutters open. One particular highlight was the cats who visited our terrace and who became good friends! To whoever next stays at the property: please feed the sweet one-eyed cat and her beautiful little kitten! You can pop some water in the end of a bottle and buy some cheap cat biscuits from the nearby supermarkets! As for the town itself, there's a nice cafe called The Old Barbershop but for us the highlight was the little cafe hidden away near the church serving a delicious mastic lemonade!
We had a slightly larger car and found that the best option was to park it in the town and walk up to the property, which wasn't too bad a trek, unless it was very warm and we were carrying shopping. With a smaller car you can make it closer but you'll likely find it hard to park.
