Great place. Spacious and comfy. Everything you would want for a stay with an extended family or a group of friends. The rooms were nice and clean.

Too bad that the owner has hired an agency to deal with the reservations. After completing the booking here you will receive multiple e-mails sent from an external service, requiring to fill in traveller's details, agree to terms and conditions and pay a deposit (in our case about 200 EUR) and city tax. Not your usual Booking.com experience. Also, you are required to provide an EXACT arrival time so that someone could meet you and give you the keys. In my case, I said I will be arriving between 17 and 19. They messaged me back to say they need a specific time. I then said 18:00. So they offered me 19:40 as 'the first availability'. Communication was extremely slow thorugh the Booking messages. I even tried calling, but an answering machine told me they're too busy and I should send them an e-mail. It got to the point where I messaged them to say I am in town, 10 minutes away and waiting for any signal from them. After a while they told me someone is at the property. Turned out the owner lives downstairs and was probably there all along. The kitchen appliances are a bit tired. The rest was ok, but the dishwasher could not really be used because the bottom shelf blocks the turning part.

The place itself it's huge and plenty of common space with great balcony.

So let's start, first they told us to call them 30 minutes earlier to arrange the meeting, I called 40 minutes before arriving and still had to wait 40 minutes after the arranging hour for someone to arrive, the person in charge was really nice but her English or communication skills were not enough for clarifying some questions. Once at the place we got super amazed cause was huge, but the place itself was really really dirty, had a broken bed where one of us had trouble sleeping all nights, the gas for the barbecue was almost over, and there was a paper in the kitchen saying he had to leave everything clean otherwise have to pay 50 euros, which was ironic cause things were dirty when we arrived. There's some weird looking stuff in the living room that we thought were cameras looking at us, but end up not being cameras but still always left us not feeling that safe. And the checkout time was at 10, it was around 9:50 the cleaning personal were already there. Where to check in they make us wait 40 minutes but to leave they are ready to push us out at the right second. And there was a miscommunication problem where after I paid everything and were already at the house they started claiming that they told me I had to pay 200 euros caution beforehand (which no one told me) and it's no where into the informations of the apartment. And the gigantic spa that looks like a dream in the pictures, doesn't work. That is a normal tub only without proper water pressure to take a decent shower

it was the best presented property we have ever stayed in. it is roomy and exceptionally clean. the property description was spot on. parking was easy at front door. supermarket only 5 minutes walk away. hostess Antonella was helpful. would definitely stay again.

you need to drive to Nearest metro station about 5 minutes drive.
