Street light right outside bedroom is very bright so definitely bring eye mask
When guests arrive in nxt door sounded like they were coming into the apartment which was quite alarming at first

the flat was quite small. most of the flat was clean except the carpets and certain areas in the kitchen and bath room … the towers were small and hard

Location was great!The apartment was very well furnished and comfortable.
The only inconvenience was the noise from the apartment just above.

We loved the location- so close to the beach, lovely restaurants and right in the centre of town. Nice easy remote check in. Provided a cot. We loved Cascais and this place was a great start to our holiday.
The streetlight outside the front was very bright but this didn't affect our sleep so not sure I would count this as a negative really!

Location, clean
The walls were paper thin, could hear everything on the street and next door. Curtains were thin, light early morning.
Be price says one thing, hidden is the cleaning cost which you must pay, unlike other apartments

The location is great, just in the heart of touristic area with plenty of restaurants and bars, beach is only 5 minutes walk. The manager/owner is very polite and trying to help. There was no kettle and iron, and he brought it the next morning after request.
The apartment was badly cleaned, everything was covered with stains, mold in the corners of windows and bathroom. The smell is not very pleasant. The apartment is good but it has to be properly cleaned, otherwise the value doesn’t correspond the money paid.

The position and the design of the apartment the comfort of the bed and the service all excellent. Francisco was super helpful.
There is a street light right outside the bedroom that although there is dark curtains shines through so the master bedroom is never really all dark.

THERE IS A LOT MORE POSITIVES THAN NEGATIVES!! Location very central but not on main street (noise would be unbearable if any closer), attention to detail, smart decoration.
Owner seems keen to improve the property, so am sure these will shortly be rectified. So the negatives could eventually be overcome
Light coming into the room was a bit difficult to sleep. The noise from the street and within the building (separate flat) was a bit overwhelming.
Price is higher than I believe it should be worth, but admittedly you can't find anything else in the area for that price.

Great location in the town centre, with restaurants and beach within short walking distance. Yet located in a quiet street with no traffic. Very clean apartment, very flexible handover timing.

Very clean. Very conveniently situated close to beach, shops, restaurants and train station.
Noise! No soundproofing between the duplex and adjoining apartment. Properly split in two, very noisy at times, you could clearly hear footsteps up and down the stairs. Also, difficult to sleep due to the noise from the apartment above i.e. footsteps, conversations, toilet flushing etc. On our last day we we awoken at 5am from the noise of the occupants above getting up and preparing to leave. Also no hot water from sink upstairs in bathroom. Main bedroom wardrobe did not have a rail or hangers to hang clothes. If it weren't for noise levels I would have rated the property higher.
